Yarahlzaak hear the beast's weak attempts to continue. He knew that it couldn' hold out much longer. The same menacing tooth-filled grin he displayed before covered his face again. He loved it when things were about to go his way... Judging by sound alone, he immediately telekineticly picked up as much mud, water, debris, and anything else he could find, and sent it all in the direction of the beast, like a giant tidal wave of earth. He prayed the creature would slowly choke on mud as its bones were snapped and its skin ripped off. Assuming it had bones and skin....he had no idea what the creature even looked like. All he knew, was that he didn't like its stubborness.

Baalah turned her back on her opponent. While it still moved, refusing to die, it didn't seem to be a threat anymore. She looked out through the iron fence to regard her team mates. Amyee was facing off against some kind of wood monster, while Nadia had been surrounded by over grown roaches. She couldn't see Yarahlzaak, and really didn't care, not that she cared about any of them, but if they had to lose somebody... Seeing that Nadia was outnumbered, Baalah raised her guns and took aim. The last four oversized rounds made a terrible mess of one of the bugs, it's head exploding like a melon hit with a sledge, and knocked three others flailing to the ground, the clear fluid that was their blood pumping steadily out of them.
The masked creature started to blur, to move...it never had a chance. The surge washed over it, pounding it to the ground, rolling over it. It kicked feebly as the debris washed over it, burying it.

After letting the debris settle, Yarahlzaak slowly decended to the ground. His powers were exausted for the moment. He usually did not have to put that much effort into killing something. He waited a little longer, and then, sensing or hearing no movement, began to hover again, scanning the area for his allies. He decided that they may need his superior powers to even make it out of this in a single digit number of pieces. After all, they were just women...

Amyee saw one small opening, and took it. Her scythe cut clean through the wooden exoskeleton of the foe she faced. When it hit the ground, three loud thumps were heard, and it's head seemed to be ripped off.

Amyee had a brief glimpse of a spectral form before the shape vanished like mist, leaving the ruined wooden shell behind.
By the time Baalah had reloaded, the bug creature's had taken off into the trees, seemingly uninterested in what may have been a fair fight. She vaulted back over the fence and walked over the Nadia just as Yarahlzaak came floating back, and Amyee seemed to have wrapped up whatever it was she had been doing. " Are we all done messing around?" Baalah asked irritably, throwing a look at the bug still latched onto Nadia's arm by what looked to be an oversized loogey. " Would you get rid of that thing and come on?"

"You are right, I dont find it very fun to kill these things." Amyee responded. She walked over to Nadia, grabbed the bug, then put it through her blade, sort of like a trophy.

"I regret to inform you that there is still one last distraction...but I feel it may be best if we take care of it inside the objective." Yarahlzaak said with cool composure. If his theory was right, the demon opposition would follow them inside in order to better protect his link-partner. He began eyeing Aymee with a nasty grin. "So, unless you ladies intend to hold a tea party, I take it we're advancing." he added at length.

Nadia snarled at her group and whipped the bug's guts off her arm.
"What exactly are we supposed to be doing again?" she said smart-assedly, sitting on her heels.

" We're suppose to be checking out the house for demon's and stuff..." Baalah said in annoyance. " Now can we get moving, or do we want to wait out the the storm arguing about it?"

"You are right, my wings are getting wet...." Amyee said, making her way towards the house.
Evaan drifted gently down to a nearby hill. He aimed his sights at the windows, trying to see something inside.

The front door of the house gave way entirely as Baalah kicked it in, sending splintered wood flying. Swirls of dust rose in the passage of the pieces. The main hall was an impressive two story open space, with twin grand stairs winding off to either side, and a large set of double doors between leading further into the house. The room was filthy and unkept, the wallpaper peeling down and loose floor boards curling up, warped by time and dampness. A mess of twisted, rusted metal was buried halfway into the center of the room, all that was left of the candiler that had hung from the ceiling far above. " I'm going upstairs to the right," Baalah announced. " Who's coming with?"

"Mmmph!" Yarahlzaak grunted. He knew he would have to accompany Aymee if he were to succesfully execute his plan. "Perhaps, since you are going to the right, you should go by yourself. The center, often the largest source of curiosity, is also typically where there'd be more traps, which is why two would be needed there. I suggest that the wh-I mean...Aymee and I take the center through the double doors here, while you head right and the rabbit takes the left flight of stairs." he said, satisfied that he could explain himself so well without giving away his true intentions. "...or," he added after a pause. "We could do it my personal favorite way, and just rip the place apart without method or caution until we stumble across debris and remains of our objective." he finished with that nasty grin of his.

Baalah rolled her eyes. " Whatever, you'd just slow me down anyway..." she took the stairs two at a time, not even giving the others a backwards glance as she pushed through the down at the top of the stairs.

Amyee walked behind her. If there was going to be something like an explosion, spike trap, better not be her who gets hit by it.
"Hey... Who lives here anyway...?"

Baalah didn't bother to look back at Amyee, while she didn't blame the demon for not wanting to go with Yarahlzaak, she would have preferred her to go somewhere else. " Probably nobody now, best bet is whoever did is splattered on a wall somewhere. Either way, does it really matter?" She kicked the door open, revealing a pitch black hallway. " You want to go first? It'd be much easier for me to shoot around you then for you to swing that scythe around me."
