Ok... So who are the ones that do the actual arresting, what are the sentences for different crimes, and where would the jail be if Zahrah does get caught? And who determines if she's guilty or not?

For all of your questions, Ereinion I believe would have to make them up. I'm looking in the book and I can't find any of those answers. I'm guessing their is just a local police force wherever and always Purple Dragon Knights. The Purple Dragon Knights are the military force. For the sentences for crimes, that would depend on how much evidence they find against you I suppose. And for deciding guilty or not I guess would be a judge. If anything here is wrong maybe Ereinion could say so, but I'm guessing it is just whatever he says since it doesn't say in the book.

yeah, there really isn't much about laws. There is a bit in the DM's guide, but that's just about how you as a DM can change laws around. Your choice on who arrests you aand what the punishment is... or whether you get arrested at all.

Ok ok, i was thinking about joining a DnD game, and i took the suvey. I have played a game in the past, but i didn't exactly like my girl and killed her off my way (God i love jumping off of cliffs don't you?). Anyway heres my survey results:
Alignment: Neutral Good characters believe in the power of good above all else. They will work to make the world a better place, and will do whatever is necessary to bring that about, whether it goes for or against whatever is considered 'normal'.
Race: Half-Elves are a cross between a human and an elf. They are smaller, like their elven ancestors, but have a much shorter lifespan. They are sometimes looked down upon as half-breeds, but this is rare. They have both the curious drive of humans and the patience of elves.
Primary Class: Bards are the entertainers. They sing, dance, and play instruments to make other people happy, and, frequently, make money. They also tend to dabble in magic a bit.
Secondary Class: Thieves are the most roguish of the classes. They are sneaky and nimble-fingered, and have skills with traps and locks. While not all use these skills for burglary, that is a common occupation of this class.
Deity: Oghma is the Neutral Good god of knowledge and invention. He is also known as the Binder of What is Known, and is the Patron of Bards. His followers believe that knowledge reigns supreme, and is the basis for everything else that is done. They wear white shirts and pants, with a black and gold braided vest, and a small, box-like hat. All priests of Oghma are known as Loremasters. Oghma's symbol is a scroll.
AND! The otehr thing that confused the h*ll out of me:
Detailed Results:
Law & Chaos: Law ----- (-2) Neutral - XXXXXXXX (8) Chaos --- XXXX (4)
Good & Evil: Good ---- XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (20) Neutral - X (1) Evil ---- (-11)
Race: Human ---- (-5) Half-Elf - XXXXXXX (7) Elf ------ XXXXX (5) Halfling - XXXX (4) Dwarf ---- (-4) Half-Orc - (-6) Gnome ---- XXXXX (5)
Class: Fighter - (-7) Ranger -- XXX (3) Paladin - (-8) Cleric -- XX (2) Mage ---- X (1) Druid --- X (1) Thief --- XXXX (4) Bard ---- XXXXXXXX (8) Monk ---- (-1)

all that stuff down at the bottom is just the results. Whichever one in each category has the most x's, that's the one that it says you should be.
As far as jumping off cliffs, I've never done it, but I have Dmed a game where someone tried to swim down a waterfall (he failed), and a paladin in a breastplate jumped down it after him. I'm too soft-hearted, or they both would've been re-rolling. And no, none of their companions would have botherred raising either of them, especially since the guy who swam down the watrfall seemd to have a habit of making people, including his companions, try to kill him.

Ok. Heres my guy. I play DnD but I usually Dm so I'm no good at character creation. He's a 5th level ranger 2nd level barbarian half elf whos 6'1 (I fudged the rules to get him that tall) He's chaotic good or chaotic nuetral depending on what campaign I want him in. He believes in the balance of nature strongly but thinks that all government is bad for society. I want to make him forgotten realms but I can't think of a place for him to be from.
I once had a 1st level player jump off a cliff and earnestly expect to survive (He was a noob). cool dragonlance reference eldae, with the est sularus oth mithas thing. (My honor is my life), isn't that what it means?

Yeah, it is. Don't worry about character stats, since we don't roll dice in these forums. As for location, I'd suggest the high forest for an FR rng/brb.
