"Oh, right....they can't speak in....." He stopped to think for a while, he hadn't been in the region for a few years and he was afraid his language skill were lacking a bit, but he tried anyway. "er, can you understand me now?" He said to the thing, wondering why it was so frightened, in comparison he was pretty big, it's not like he was as big as Sabre was.....oh hell, is that bloody dragon really stupid enough to come back so soon? Well, maybe not stupid enough.....but the dragon's arrival could disrupt and complicate things, as he usually does when I do my dealings.....

The cloaked man sat up sometime later in the morning hearing a strange noise in the distance. He stretched and stood up, yawning. He got up thinking that it was Sabre trying to mess with him as usual, but the dragon was nowhere to be seen. "Bloody dragon....why can't he just sleep, like all the other creatures of the natural world?" He mumbled, quietly walking the fifty feet or so to the path and seeing another of the unusual short people rolling a wheel barrow......with the red bag on top! "hey, you! can you hold up for a second?"

The man muttered to himself as he wandered through the town, "Where the hell is it? I know I felt somthing......and so did sabre, so it can't be my imagination....unless that over grown lizard was lying to me again....No, he knows what not to joke about...." He shrugged and moved out of the town, walking about a mile away and sitting next to a fire his companion had made. The thing was huge with black scales glistening in the light of the campfire. A true black dragon. It went through a series of low, rasping growls before his friend responded, "no, I didn't find it.....hey, isn't it a bit too late for insults? Tch, never too late for you, is it?" He found a spot on the ground and laid down, "Keep watch, I'm going to sleep....." Better to get a good nights sleep, rather than stumble around in the dark for the night he figured.

(hope you don't mind if I put in a bit of a back story. If you do you can just tell me to delete it so I can start something else. Sounds really interesting. I hope this works out alright. By the way, what kind of setting are we in here?)
The man stood in the center of the large room, a pillar of Ebon armor. An underling was in front of him on one knee, bowing and shaking like a leaf before the man. When the man spoke his voice echoed through the room. "Where is my egg?" The servant quaked in fear for a moment before replying, "There was a trap....The silver lance appeared and killed the one holding it. We almost retrieved it when one of the fools clipped the wing of his dragon with a spear...." He said, his voice seeming tiny compared to that of the man in front of him. "Well? spit it out you worm!" The man cringed, "H-he fell through the c-clouds your greatness......we searched all day, we never found him.....never found the e-e-egg....." He stammered as the black clad man drew his hand and a half sword and ended his life.
Several years later, the stolen egg was found by a young boy in a small village, far below that battle those years ago....
An unusual man stumbled into the village. He wore a black cloak and a cowl laying on his shoulders. A backpack was seen under the cloak as the man walked around the town looking for something. On his belt laid a sword that looked as if it hadn't seen combat in many years, as it was covered in a fine layer of dust. He searched around the village for a moment and continued walking in search of whatever it was.

Crow was already driving up in his dune buggy and ready to go. "Well guys, here we go....." He checked to make sure he had rations and fuel for the buggy before he left. He knew he did, but there was still a chance for somthing to go wrong.....

"I can take my dune buggy for a good part of the way. I just need to stash up on fuel. " He walked off and did whatever preparations he thought would be necisary before heading back again.(Just because I don't want to go back and forth for the next few mins.)
"You ready? We can take as many as we need as long as they have the suplys for it. Like I said, I'm taking my dune buggy, so I can fit someone in while Evaan and the new guy pick out who get to live through this, and get an almost easy ride."

Crow sighed, "Yeah, you have a good point. Life comes before honor I guess. Let's pack up whatever we're going to need and move out." He walked up to his room and pulled out the case of money and pulled the handle out from the top. He grabbed a back pack and started packing some clothes, and whatever he was going to need. He stashed it in his dune buggy, padlocking the case to the framework. He walked back in the base, "Any Idea what we're going to do about food?"

"You got one hell of a point, but there's no way in hell that we can get to the mountains before they show up. Besides. I owe it to the Old Wolf* to hold this place down. Add to that we got those religeous nuts on our side. You know, Ali Achbah! Boom! We got good chances, and imagine how much cash we can make if we sell off the dead guys weapons! We shoot them from half a mile away and collect on our pay!"
Old wolf: The former owner of the tower. Left for no apparent reason one day. Hasn't been seen since.

"Quit your b****ing and follow me Cipher, I got somthing to show you......." He headed up to his room and let Cipher in, going to the steel case in his dresser. He unlocked it and showed the money to Cipher. "That's about a quarter of a million, and half of it's yours....." He started taking out Ciphers share and let it on the floor next to him. After that was done, he locked the money up again. "Oh, by the way.....Iraqe military forces are headed to town. They want to liberate it or somthing. Stock up on ammo and food before they show up."

"Good, and as for what's in the suit case......It's not yours and that's all you need to know. He walked into the tower and headed up to his room on the top floor. He unlocked the door and closed it behind him as he walked in. Then, sure that no one was in his room, he walked to his closet and opened the door.
He saw his usual clothes as well as the dresser he had inside. He opened the bottom shelf and looked over the metal case it hid. He sighed and unlocked it, pulling out the contents and replacing them with the money. He'd give Cipher his share when he wasn't too drunk to move. He relocked the practical safe and shut the dresser shelf. He closed the closet door and moved downstairs.
In the kitchen he spotted Sasha. "Hey, bounty hunter, you going to help us, or freeload during the fights?"

Crow stared at the monster of a truck that was headed towards his base. He shook his head before loading the last of the goods he could sell in the town, "I think my feelings on Russians just became a bit more positive...." He got inside his dune buggy and hauled the trailor past the large truck, waving as he passed by. As he entered his fence's shop he noticed that the place was a lot less shabby. Duke was even wearing a decent suit!. "Hey, you haven't made a deal with those black sales have you? I don't want to have to save your ass again." "Crow! You've made me rich! Those guns sold for a quarter of a million!" He resisted the urge to faint from sheer joy, "All of them gone?" "Yes sirre! All bought up! Some arab guy from the look of him. He just made it so we can retire!" Now the color nearly drained out of his face, "So, where's my pay?" "Right here, all cash. Checked out and everything. It's genuine." He pulled out a briefcase and opened it up, showing the amazing sum of money. "Wow....must be starting an army...." He said grimly, "I got the usual stuff in the trailor, just sell it for me at the usual rate......"
He walked outside, thinking how most of the guns got through anyway. There was a war coming. No doubt about that. It's just that he didn't think he was ready for it.
He shrugged and headed back to the base, leaving the trailor by Duke's shop. He stepped out of his buggy and looked over the large truck, soon noticing that there was an extra person there too. "Jesus, what is this? The Outland's Lodge? Evvan, this guy any good? Or is he just going to be an ornament?"

"The newly formed Iraqe military. Apparently the war is over, and they want to expand their teritory. They'll be on the town in a matter of days to make out lives harder. If anything we're going to have support from a few of the so called terrorists in the area. They don't want a United States alligned Iraq. Anyway.....these guys were smuggling in weapons for the new military, so the local gangs and bandits such as ourselves wouldn't catch wind of it. We did, and they're going to learn that real soon." By this point a good portion of the bandits had come down. Even the "Unnamed" ones. "All of you get one final chance to get some cash before we start fortifying the base and preparing for an attack. I myself am about to stock up on food....." He looked to some of the unnamed bandits, "Make our guest comfortable. Get some more info out of him. If he dosen't talk I approve torture." He walked over to the trailor and opened it up. More than enough to stock a bandit army. "Dig in." He pulled out a pair of boxes that he himself had stocked as the bandits picked their weapons of choice.

By the next morning Crow was back with another trailer and a prisoner. He fired off a round from his sniper, "All bandits out! Move it! We have a big problem!"

He took aim and fired again, putting the bullet right down the rocket launchers tube. "Hah hah!" The thing exploded, sending the man flying to hit the trailer. A gunshot flew past his head and he suddenly remembered the actual fourth man, the passenger in the buggy. Apparently he wasn't too bad with a sniper rifle. Crow was better though and got in a shot on the top of his head. There were still three angry men with assult rifles though. He finished them off too. After they were dead he walked over and checked out the stuff, keeping his two sub machine guns ready to fire.

Crow had set up in hus usual position just waiting. He didn't expect much today. After all....trading season was nearly over. "Ah well....just a bit more time to think things over....." He was actually surprised when a caravan moved in after a few hours later. An armed one. Looking through his scope he saw six men on the top of it, all heavily armed with assult rifles. AK-47s by the look of the design. A mounted turret on the top of the trailer that looked like it could be retracted in was active with very high calibur rounds on the ammo belt. There could still be more men inside in addition to the two men towing the thing in the buggy. "Well......this will not be easy.....about 600 yards......well......I've got that much time before they realize where I am.....now here we go......" He took aim on the man in the turret and fired, watching the slug fly and hit him in the head. The others went on alert and started pointing guns. The driver pushed the buggy into full gear before getting shot in the head. Crow started to adress the porblem of the other gunners before they spotted him. Too far off for accurate shots, but a few hit the mound he was above. He finished three of them before a new one walked out of the trailer with a rocket launcher. "Who the hell are these guys?" He jumped off the mound and started running just before the mound exploded, sending sand everywhere. "Alright, four on one.....not a problem...."
