Bastian stayed awake through a rather uneventfull night. Eventually the sun started to come up, and he figured he may as well wake Tala up. He hopped out of the tree and walked over to her. "Hey Tala, time to get up."

Honestly I'm thinking of going back, killing a few, and letting them chase after me for a few hours while you three get away from here. In that situation, everyone would win! You get away, and I get to add a few more numbers to my kill count! What do you say?"
