This topic is related and dedicated to my Magic: The Gathering RP thinger-majig. Ok here's the scoop:
My character is running a BIG tourney to introduce the new Magic Set: Urza's Return. This is a one-of-a-kind set, reprinting old favorite's and the like. The rarest Card in the set is Judgement Day.
For a measly 7 mana, it destroys your opponent and clean's the feild of play. It: Removes the top 10 cards of oppents library, their hand, their graveyard, and their four strongest creatures from the game. Lowering your life to 1, and making you discard your hand.
Its overpowerful! If you counter it your hand graveyard, and the top 10 cards of your library are history.
So yeah, its the rarist card ever printed, and guess who got it frist pack she opened? Lucky her eh? EH!?
Anyway, post the two decks you will be using, Ill see if they're too overpowerful, and like, post what format.

Quick question: Since there's a new set in this RPG, can we play with cards we made up (assuming they're not too overpowered)? Because I've come up with probably 50 or 60 cards that never saw the light of day in real life, and it'd be cool to be able to play with them. ;D

Er... I'm still waiting for the rules on card creation. I wanted to come up with my own rare for the first pack I open.

Oh! Sorry, Diablo 2's been taking up my time.
Anyway, no cards can be too uberpowerful, except the two unltra-rares me and Pinata are going to make up.
Not too many abilities per card, we want some balance.
Thats basically it, knock yourself out.
