While he wanted to get up and do something, whether it was call and check with the police or get a book to read, Drake doubted he could move much with how sore he was, and he didn't want to wake Wilde. He glanced over at his suitcase and, concentrating, managed to levitate a book out of the bag and over to his outstretched hand.*
