Laeo jumped upon hearing the words spoken.
"She...She's still here?"
He scrambled to his and made for the door again. He was in the wrong room for certain.

"Kacha!" Rana yelled and then the wolf appeared at the door, growling. "I said I would bring you here, and I don't intend on going back on my word. And besides, you still have some explaining to do."

Laeo screeched to a halt as the wolf appeared before him. His attempt at escape was thwarted yet again.
"I dont have much to explain," he said with his back to the inquiring one. "I'm here but not of my own free will. Isnt that right Kiona!?"
From behind Rana the 11 year old elemental emerged. Her eyes fixed on Laeo's back and her palm glowed softly in preparation for her revenge.
"Dont worry my friend. Like I said, all will be revealed in time."
She quickly pointed a finger towards him and a cold wind swirled around his body, slowly freezing the water that remained in his clothes and fur.

"oh well look, now he could get sick. If he gets sick, I may not get any answers." Rana sighed and started to cast her low-level fire since she had little magic left, she wanted to use it sparingly.

Laeo wobbled on his legs for a moment before collapsing and losing consciousness. Heat and cold at the same time was just too much for his body to handle and it just gave up.
Kiona looked over at the woman and frowned.
"Look what you did! I cant use him if he dies you know!"

"He's not going to die. But while he's out, I might as well rest up. Need to build my magic back up..." Rana sighed and walked over to a bed and laying down. "Kacha, guard the door." She ordered the wolf before resting her head on her arms.

Kiona just sighed. This wasnt going to be easy at all. She spun around and looked around the small room at the many occupants. A cat. A woman. A wolf. Could they be of any use to her? Who knows.
She walked to the window and looked out at the rain. The downpour had not eased since it started. There was no more need for her to remain so she took one last look at the group before quietly vanishing from sight, leaving only a white spot on the ground where she stood. She knew that should she be needed again, that ill-mannered cat would call.

An extremely dampened man, came running hastily into the inn. Geno then proceeded to run his hands through his hair in a failed attempt to get his hair dry from the storm. Having no courtesy to wait at the door for a innkeeper, he started walking through the halls, soaking wet and dripping to find the missing man.
Geno: Hmmmmm... seems like no ones around to tend to poor lil' old me.
Geno then headed back to the front desk and started pounding on the counter with his fist and yelling and a loud tone that could be heard throughout the entire building.
Geno: Hey! Innkeeper! Where are you?! Ya gots yourself a customer!

Rana groaned and sat up in bed. "who the hell is yelling?" she got out of bed and walked out of the room, walking to the inn keepers desk till she could see who was there. When she saw the man yelling there, she sighed. "shut up." she rubbed her forehead, getting a headache. "the inn keeper isn't feeling well, and anyone who's still here is tired. So shut up, and just go pick a d**n room, and sleep. Stop yelling, and just go sleep." The wolf walked up behind her and bared its fangs at the man. Rana turned around and pat the large wolf on its snout. "if he yells again, eat him. I need some rest after all those fire spells." And then Rana walked off, going back to the room she was in, leaving the wolf to growl at the new man.

Laeo woke with a jump at the sound on the man's voice. It was bad enough that he had almost been killed by that brat, but now he couldnt even rest peacefully. He sat up and held his head which felt like it had been under a blacksmith's hammer. Throbbing pain moved through his head as he slowly descended the stairs and glared angrily at the dripping figure ahead. He stopped two steps before reaching the ground and removed his hood to get a better look at the loud customer.
"Why are you making such a racket Sir?" he asked. "The occupants here are all sleeping now, you'll wake them."
He eyed the man over quickly and thought for a moment then descended and walked to him.
"I'm the Inn Keeper's assistant," he lied. "If you want a room, its 3 gold pieces. And you have to pay upfront."

The Wild-looking woman that had appeared before him, caught his interest very easily, thinking to himself, "Oooooo... Fiesty." He really payed no matter to the wolf in front of him, he was far too occupied with her. Once she had left, the cat-like man had walked into the room.
Geno:Well, aren't you the fantastical one. I've traveled far and wide and i must say i've never seen a cat that can walk, talk, and be like a human. Though I guess I've seen odder things. Three Gold pieces you say? Well, here you go.
Geno reached into his tunic and pulled out a hefty coin bag which appeared to have quite a bit of money stored in it, and he obtained 3 gold pieces from it and flung them into the air with his thumb towards the cat being.

Without displaying a hint of emotion, Laeo watched the three coins on their short journey through the air and caught them as soon as they were within range. He couldnt believe it. It was this easy? Maybe he went about it all wrong earlier.
"Thank you Sir," he said with a bow. "I apologise but I am unable to show you to your room since I am needed here at the front desk. Feel free to use any of the vacant rooms at the top of the stairs."
He pulled his hood back over his head and adjusted it so that his eyes were all but hidden from sight. He then walked past the newcomer, ignoring the growling wolf, and took a seat behind the desk.
"I'll be here 'till the Inn keeper feels better so if you need anything, feel free to ask."
'This act seems easy enough,' he thought. 'Maybe I can squeeze out a few coins from some other traveller.'

Rana had stopped fomr entering the room when Laeo walked out. "seems he's better..." she followed him back. Rana saw all that he did. *so he's a thief eh... that would explain why he was hiding in the tree...* Rana smirked and walked over to him. "why hello. I hope you plan on sharing that gold, because I'm sure that whatever you gain from whatever people come here, I know they won't be happy when they find out they're being stolen from." she whispered to him, a smirk on her lips.

The return of the lovely woman, sent Geno wild. He decided to put his skills to work and maybe get in with a woman also. First, he put his traditional dashing, yet charming smile, you could swear you could see his teeth glimmer. He slowly approached the woman.
Geno: Well hello there, Mi'lady. What is such a beautiful woman like yourself doing in a low class place like this alone? You deserve to be somewhere more classy and magical. Let's say.... Ooooooh... anywhere with me.
As he said this last line, softly put his left hand on her right cheek. He was ready to make his next move when suddenly he slipped his foot on some of the water he dripped in and fell into the cat sitting into the chair, knocking it over. As he fell, he attmepted to make a quick and swift attempt to pickpocket the money he gave the cat.

"oh wonderful... I'm being hit on by a klutz..." Rana rolled her eyes and stepped away from Laeo and the stranger, going to the bar to get herself a drink. Since there was really no one there, Rana just served herself.
