'I know that,' Avery rolled his eyes and grinned before putting the car into drive and slamming his foot down on the accelerator. He laughed wildly and abruptly wished that the car were a convertible. The car tore down the road like a bat outta hell, the landscape a blur.
'What kind of music you got?' Avery glanced from the radio to Ka'ze.

Ka'ze grinned and laughed as Avery slammed down on the gas. 'What kind of music you got?' Ka'ze pulled out his c.d. case from a little compartment between the seats, and opened it up, "classical, doubt you'd want that, punk rock, rock, alternative, basically anything you can think of."

'Whatever you want is fine,' Avery gave a small shrug and glanced at Ka'ze for a second. In that second, however, the car mustang swerved to the left, nearly over to the opposite side of the road. He cursed and yanked the wheel to the right, getting it back in the correct lane. Avery growled at the car and gripped the steering wheel. 'Your car doesn't like me, Silver. You never told me it was temperamental.' The vampire glared through the windshield as if that would somehow intimidate the car. (((What a weirdo! ;D)))

Ka'ze gripped his seat tightly as the car swerved, " maybe if you kept your eyes on the road, it won't happen anymore." he pulled out a c.d., A Perfect Circle, and put it in the c.d. player, loud rock music filled the car.

'No, it doesn't like me. I can tell. Here's the deal. If your car totals me, then I'm suing you. Though I s'pose I wouldn't be alive to so it wouldn't matter anyway.' Avery shouted over the music. Grinning, he leaned back in the seat, still tense, though, if the car decided to make an assassination attempt. 'And I'll spare you the horror of my singing. It'd probably make you ears bleed,' he commented dryly.

Ka'ze nodded his head, "I don't doubt that for some reason. Do you know how to get to the hills?" He asked, not knowing if Avery knew where he was going or not.

'Uhm...' Avery slammed on the breaks, 'Not really. No hurry, though, right? I'd be fine just driving. The skill of map-reading evades me.' Avery laughed and turned down the music a little.

Ka'ze fell forward, and caught himself before he hit anything. Sighing, he sat back and stared at Avery, "I figured you didn't know the way. And there's no rush really, I just don't want the werewolves to populate more. So I would like to get there in a reasonable amount of time. Well anyway, if you'd like to continue, just go to the left for awhile." He pointed down the road and sat back in the seat.

'Uhmkay,' Avery managed to reply between snickers. 'Oh, is there a problem with my driving skills? I told you you'd drive much better than I would, but you wouldn't listen. Left, you say, then?' he glanced out the window and nodded, answering his own question. 'Left it is!!!!!!!!!!!! Left is north, by the way.' Avery grinned and wrenched the wheel to the north and pulled the car into a tight turn. 'You're really stuck on this werwolf thing aren't you?' He glanced out the window again, 'Hmm.. New moon. Dark Magic and new beginnings.'

Ka'ze gripped his seat tightly, nearly tearing it. "yeesh...yeah...you crazy driving maniac..." he smirked, " remind me to let you drive more often." he sighed, " yeah I am stuck on werewolves, I'm not exactly fond of them...at all."

Grinning, and thoroughly pleased with himself, Avery nodded and answered, 'Don't you have anything else to obsess over? Or are you one of those people with one-track minds? They annoy me. Or most of them do. You're okay though.' He gave a slight shrug and sat back in the seat.

Ka'ze chuckled, " currently, yes my mind is stuck on werewolves. I can't get distracted right now though, with everything happening with them it's crucial to break all their strongholds. NOW."

'What are they doing that's so awful that we have to erradicate them anyway? I mean we've all got a right to exist, right? That's what living is about, survival of the fittest, y'know? Least that's what I always thought. So long as people aren't bothering me, I don't bother them, unless I'm hungry of course.' Avery laughed and licked his fangs. 'That's a much different story.'

Ka'ze shook his head, " all things do have a right to live, I know that, the werewolves don't. I've been traveling for awhile, and recently, colonies of werewolves have been going out and brutally attacking villages, like what happened earlier. It's been happening everywhere. From what I've gotten, there's something in this country that's messing with em. So until I know what's making them act weird, the only thing to do is protect the villages from them."

Avery snorted in disbelief, 'Get REAL, Silver! The ONLY reason you're out to protect these people is because it's instinct. Like a shepherd watching over his flock. Think about it! How much do you really care about these people ending up dead, as long as they end up so at your own hands. It's the end that justfies the means, Silver.' He laughed softly to himself 'Crazy idealists. Even among my own kind.'
