Well now... that would be telling, wouldn't it?

Oh yes. It's some great mystery of life that might make my head explode if you tell me... -_-

Believe me, as awesome as it would be to be able to make people's heads explode without using chemicals or large blunt objects, I don't quite have that ability yet.
That and the fact that I doubt you'd be on my list of "people who have heads that need 'sploding" anyways.

Funny. Thought I'd be at the top of that list.

Really? Huh. Not sure what would have given you that idea...
Nah, that spot's reserved for one person I haven't seen in a long, long time, and a few people who play soccer.

Did you try lasers or particle accelerators?

Particle accelerators tend to be overly expensive and bulky, and as far as I know, they haven't managed to make a laser that powerful yet.

hmmm... what about throwing stupid people? I know that stupid people give me a massive headache sometimes...just from sheer stupidity... so maybe if you threw enough stupid people one someone that would make the person's head 'splode?
Also, what about railguns? It's like a particle accelerator only instead of particles it's shooting large magnetic objects ^^; might be bulky though... have you tried using a satellite weapon?
Just throwin' out ideas ^^

Satellite weapons would be incredibly difficult to aim, due to the fact that at that range, even the slightest percentile aiming miscalculation or variation due to the weather would result in a miss, and railguns aren't quite there yet. Weren't they considering using one of those to launch spaceships at one point?

yeah actually...it was a variation of mag-lev trains. It would propel the shuttle at high velocities then arc upwards to shoot it into the air, and if it was fast enough it'd go into orbit...much more energy efficient than rockets, but it takes a much larger area to use, plus the correct velocity was hard to achieve. If it could work though, it'd save a bundle on sending things into orbit. Aerodynamics is a big problem with the tech though...plus if something is big it'd have to get a REALLY big head start before the upward part of the launcher, just to build up enough speed.
New idea though... have you tried talking like a pokémon? Or maybe taking people into a wal-mart somewhere and pointing out every single thing that doesn't make sense?

I've tried exploding people's heads with annoyance, logic, and higher-level math. If my logic and theories that involve a progression of exponential numbers can't manage it, it's not going to happen.
Oh, and back to railguns, have you heard anything about the naval railgun they had developed/were developing?

I'd need more specifics than "naval railgun" to know if I remember anything >.< sorry

The one that they were planning to install on some Navy ships instead of the missile launchers... supposed to be cheaper, more accurate, and have a quicker time to target. I haven't read anything about it since the initial news item I saw...

Ah...that'd be the standard railgun. It is cheaper to use a railgun than a missile, especially over long distances, but it's a lot like firing a guided mortar or guided bomb...it has no propulsion so it has to have enough to get there when it launches (though it has wings/fins to guide itself with). It is about the same target time as bombs (that's basically what it is after all), but it has the advantage of being very hard to detect on radar. No afterburner trail. So, "stealth missile" minus "afterburner trail" equals "what the heck hit us?" hehe
