Ash found himself quite suddenly standing alone in a dark, empty room. He scanned his surroundings but he couldn't detect anything at all. No walls, no ceiling - just empty space. He took a few steps forward and heard each step echo ominously through the darkness. Trying to gain some sort of bearings, Ash stopped short when he heard another set of footsteps that seemed to be approaching him. A man appeared and stepped into the only dim light that illuminated the area surrounding Ash. He was a middle-aged man and didn't seem to have any particularly distinguishing features. The man slowly approached Ash without uttering a single word, but merely raised his face into the light where Ash was able to get a good look. Ash's face went white when he realized who this man was. "No... It can't be you... No, I..." Ash stammered and teetered back a step. The soft dim light that surround the two men grew slowly into a warm glow, beginning to shine in other parts of the barren space and revealing other figures from the darkness. These were other men and even women and children, dressed very commonly as if they came from some sort of farm. Ash whirled around as the crowd around him grew in numbers. "No.... They told me it was a military installation... They told me there were vicious hostiles... They told me..." The light grew even more intense and the heat that it radiated was becoming nauseating. The crowd of commoners continued to slowly draw in upon Ash as if they were a mindless horde of zombies hell-bent on smothering him. He fell backward and sat up doing what he could to scramble away from them, but it was too late. They were practically on top of him no. "NO!" He screamed. "It was them! It was THEM!!!" Just as the first man that Ash had seen drew back his fist in an attempt to attack him, Ash was blinded by a flash of light. Once he was able to see again, he was treated to the sight of some of these people being gunned down like dogs by confederate soldiers. Bodies lay everywhere around him and Ash could hardly contain his urge to vomit.
In the real world, Ash's head bumped up against the back of the man who carried him over his shoulder now. Half-conscious, he heard them say something about a Wraith. Ash started to flail a bit but quickly dropped unconscious again well before any attempt to free himself could happen.

Dimitri heard hastened footsteps and saw his friend with someone over shoulder. He quickly started up the wraith and opened the hatch so his friend could quickly get on and they could leave.

((FINALLY, EVERYONE'S BACK!!! Nearly everyone...sorry for the excitement, but I was starting to wonder when someone would post.))
Durhazon quickly slipped inside the wraith before Vincent entered, making his presence being unnoticed.

((Not even gonna try to excuse my 'not being here' but I doubt many of you are still here, but anyhow, if you are I'm going to post ) Vincent puffed as he heaved himself and his burden into the ship. After all that carrying Vincent began to fade and his sight became blurry. Suddenly he fell back and laid flat down on the cold metal floor. He began sleeping so soundly and deeply that even the weight of the person he was carrying didn't seem like much weight on his foot.
