I'm new Forgive me for bad impressions but for now, let's begin.
"This world, it is hard to describe. The land sweeps before me as the soft gentle plains of Srike, the blistering land of Kave, the cresent of wasteland known as Lyre and the peaceful haven of land called Sytrica. The people, Elves, Dragons, Humans, Dwarves and other types alike go questing to all lands unknown for this one sword. This sword was said to be so powerful it is said that the grass grows beneath it on one side and the grass withers and dies on the other. The one who wields this sword is kept on the cusp of Life and Death itself and may only return with the aid of true frienship and love. If by any chance wielder is brought back by any person who harbours hate the wielder is brought back as the living dead. With this my friends, I urge you seek the sword before evil grasps it or worse, before the world forgets."
Sariphia was only half listening to the rambling storyteller. She had other things on her mind, practical things, like where the next load of fabric is to go or where the sheep need to be taken. Sariphia grumbled, no matter which inn you go to everyone has it's storyteller. She got up to see the innkeeper for his payment.
"Ah Sariphia, you have come for a room once again?", he asked while looking down her form. He saw dazzling blue eyes that look as if they were carved from saphires, her clothes were plain but there was no mistaking the bulge of a sword there. Girls do not normally carry swords especially one that is only 15 but she was tired of defending herself from petty highway men so she had gotten the sword and taught herself. "Yes, Mr. Lancott I'd like...", Sariphia began. Suddenly the door whipped open and slammed against the wall...

Iejir entered the inn without paying attention to the surprise he had just caused. He hadn't anticipated the door to move so easily and simply pushd it open as he moved towards it. His grey eyes scanned the gathered people inside the tavern and finaly he distinguished the innkeeper standing with a young woman. "Ah she's a pretty one eh?" "Silence demon, It's bad enough I have you in me int he first place but i tire of your observations." Iejir was dressed in dark leather that was worn and torm in some areas since he had been traveling for some time, his hair was combed back away from his face but a few rogue strands rested at the top of his forhead since they were too short to be tamed by a comb. A black hard scabard rested a this left holding his sword. "Innkeeper, how much for some soup and a nights rest?"
Accross the inn Iejir caught a bit of conversationt hat had stricken up. "Hey, I think thats him, thats the guy I was telling you about, Iejir Kothar, the demon mercenary." "Demon? pah, he's probably just another sword for hire that knows a few bards, I don't trust anything unles I see it." "Hmm, word has already spread this far, See what you've done!?" "I did nothing more than save your life, I just didn't tell you the bargain was to allow me to enter your soul."

(Um, I hope it's ok to just post, if not then I'm sorry and I will remove it.) Eos was sat on a table to the far right corner of the bar. Her head bent low, black hair hanging low and hiding her round pale face from view. On the battered and beer stained table beneath Eos lay a small scrap of paper that the girl seemed to be very interested in. Her dark gold eyes running over the intricate lines again and again, as if it was some form of a puzzle that she was trying to decipher.
Eos looked to be quite short, reaching only a height of 5'2, and with her body hunched over the paper she looked even smaller. This to Eos was an advantage as it made her less obvious to the rest of the drunkards in the bar. Covering her small hands were thick, black leather gloves, a deep gash cut through the leather on the back of her right hand, revealing pale skin with a thin silver scar. Her slim form was covered in light black leather armour, loose fitting simple black clothes beneath. Draped over her shoulders hung a thin black cloak, stained with blood and smeared with dried dirt as if the girl had somehow ended up running through the muddiest patch of earth imaginable. The cloak covered most of her armour from sight, and more importantly, her sword. Weapons always drew attention to her, especially the sword that hung in a black leather sheath from her belt, intricate markings of glowing white lines running along it's mysterious surface. The sheath and sword both seemed to emanate power and riches.
As Eos studied the torn page she failed to notice the disturbance at the door, the sound of increased whispering about the newcomer an annoyance in her ear. Suddenly a figure fell and knocked Eos from her seat. Led on her back, Eos opened eyes and slowly lifted her body so that she was sat up. The figure that had knocked into her was a large man and stank of beer and vomit. His bald head resting on the floor as the rest of his lumpy body lay sprawled over the knocked over stool and table. Urgently Eos’ eyes scanned the floor for the piece of paper, quickly getting to her hands and knees to survey the dirt covered floor of the bar.

~Lyra reached down and lifted the piece of paper from the floor. "Here," she said soflty, half crouched. 'This girl' she thought, her golden eyes searching Eos's face curiously. As Eos took the paper, Lyra stood completely. She patted down her skirt and shrugged off the leers of the many druken men. Her attention shifted to the comotion at the door. "Excuse me, young one, but do you know anything of that man there?" she pointed at the door.

Eos nodded her thanks to the stranger, quickly shoving the paper into one of her trouser pockets. Then, after listening to the stranger’s question Eos pushed herself to her feet to have a look at the man who had caused so much commotion, expression turning from one of curiosity to immediate dislike. Inside she felt her consciousness curling away from the sight of him, there was something odd about his appearance but her eyes couldn't quite catch it. After a few moments Eos finally turned back to the woman, pushing her black hair behind her ear, revealing a thin silver scar running down along the bone of her lower jaw. "I'm afraid I do not know him...although he seems familiar in a way." As she spoke she tilted her head down, frowning as if she was more speaking to herself, lapping into deep thought for a few seconds before returning to the present. "I'm sorry I can't be of more help." Turning to her seat her nose wrinkled in disgust at the passed out man drooling on her chair, then with a sigh she walked up to the bar, keeping a fair distance away from the strange man at the bar.

~Lyra sighed. Se had hoped the girl would know more than she did herself. But the girl was right...the man was familiar. well, maybe not the man himself, but his presence. It was almost like that of a half- demon, but he was obviously full human. Lyra shook her and sat down at the table, sureveying the bar. Aside from the girl and the amn, there seemed to be only a few interesting people. Bored, Lyra dedided to order a drink.
Lyra approached the bar and asked the keep for a shot. anything would do at this point. There was little that interested her now. As she waited for her drink, her attention turned toward a group of people listening to an old story-teller. Shaking her head, she turned back around in her seat just as the keep set down the glass.

Iejir concluded his business with the keeper and turned toward the bar. "I hope you intend to at least mingle a little, it would help you to blend in." Iejir made a barely audible growl as he made his way over to the bar and ordered a light tea.

Erita stood behind the storyteller and sighed as she watched her sister, Nilaur, absorb herself into yet another tall tale. "The battle is between two wolves!" Nilaur raised her voice so that the those who just entered the building could hear. "one is evil; the anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed arrogance, self-pity, guilt resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride...." Erita tried to drown out her sister's disquised voice wich, in her opinion, sounded very old and ugly. But then Nilaur streached her voice even farther: "The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." A young boy raised his hand "who wins?" he said, more absorbed into the story than anyone else. "My son, that is the wolf you feed." Nilaur concluded and then raised herself, turning away from the crowd. "Are you done yet?" Erita didnt bother to move herself from the floor as she knew there was still more to go. They where now at her sister's favorite part: when the generous handed her donations. "You should find yourself a more suitable disguise, sister." Nilaur whispered to her sister. "A hooded stranger would attract just as much attention as it would if we where walking in our demon forums. But Erita scoffed and pulled her hood even further. "In no way would I want to look like a filthy human! They reek and..." Erita watched as Nilaur dropped all her coins into a purse. "and why do we need money! There is plenty of game in the forest!"
(( In case your all confused, Erita and Nilaur are full demod sisters. But Erita is my main character. I'm not planning on using Nilaur long term))

Iejir ground his teeth at the loud attempt as a bard. "That wasn't even a tale, thats just a bit of wisdom old men tell their grandchildren to make them shut up." he seethed wile sipping on his tea. "Ah but is it not also true, I wonder which wolf your feeding right now?" the demon parasite snickered in the back of Iejirs' minds as Iejir drank loudly trying to drown out the annoying laugh.

Shaelae rolled her eyes as she watched the woman telling a story. It wasn't really a story, as the one man has said, it was an old man's tale. She narrowed her emerald eyes as she studied the man that had spoken. He had gathered many stares from people around the bar and aroused many comments. One man had said his name was Iejir Kothar, an demon hunter. That was an interesting bit, something worth investigating.
Shaelae lifted herself from her table against one wall. She was wrapped in a long black cloak with the hood down and a slight bluge around her waist told of a sword, but a thin one. Shaelae sauntered towards the bar and stood beside the man called Iejir. She smiled softly at the barkeep and ordered a beer, then turned towards Iejir and said, "Isn't the weather wonderful today?"

1Iejir continued to sip at his tea as he tried to evade the coming interrogation. "For now I suppose, but I really don't care what the weathers like, since I have no way to affect it I just ignore it." "Ooh, aren't you special!" The demon mocked causing Iejir to visibly glare at the air in front of him and let out a barely audible growl.

Shaelae laughed, and it rolled across the room, causing a few to stop and look her way. "Of course you can't control the weather. Who can? I think that's what makes it weather, if you could control it, it wouldn't be any fun. But, really, doesn't it matter at all to you whether it's raining or sunny?" Shaelae smiled, but she carefully watched him, noticing that he glared at nothing after he spoke.

Iejir looked over at her as she laughed and quickly surveyed the room before deciding it may not be a good idea stick around. "Excuse me, I must take my leave, I prefer not to draw attention and you seem to thrive on it."
Iejir then left for his room, ignoring the questioning gazes, in hopes of being as alone as he could possibly be at the moment.

Shaelae watched Iejir leave, and she briefly considered following him, but figured that he might think that drew more attention, so she stayed where she was, but turned so she could watch everyone else in the tavern. Shaelae's bright green eyes scanned the bar but no one in particular stuck out to her, so she just watched mindlessly, letting the images pass through her eyes without too much scrutiny.

Leth sat on a table, in the darker corner of the room. He has silently observed. Noone paid any attention on him, this was the way he liked it. Leth is a small guy, although muscular. He was bald as well, with tribal tattoos over his body. The monk stood up as soon as he saw things settle down. He went straight for his room. In his room were his two friends, one very big monk and a female monk with a small pony tail. They were playing a game of chess. Leth looked for a bit and went to bed, tomorrow their quest continues for the Crystalline Sword.
