Quickly standing again and backing a couple steps, Tay knew she had to even this out if she had any hope. She remembered her practice using the snake to swing from branches and flicked its tail out, managing to wrap it around one of the blades. But when she pulled, rather than getting it to come to her, it went flying out of the reach of either of them.
Leaving the Reldal still in the advantage, unless she could get to it first.

Tay shot off in the direction for it too, but he had reacted before her. Knowing he'd reach it first, she intead leapt for him, careful to avoid the akward posistion of his remaining blade, and sunk her claws into his back.

Belle was now hiding in the bosom of a tree, crying and soaking her white gown with her tears. The gown was some magical material, and the water was slowly dripping out of it.

Tay's eyes followed the Reldal. Even after he vanished she held still, listening.
She could hear Belle's crying.
Tay jumped from the tree and winced as she landed, not because of the cuts on her arms and torso, and a small one on her cheek, but because of her back. She was definently going to have a very large bruise.
She followed the sound and soon spotted Belle in a tree and climbed slowly up to her.
