'You answer my question, and I'll answer yours,' Avery smirked. 'Why do you need my help all of the sudden?' he restated. Of course, he knew the answer, or something close to it, but he wanted to hear Ka'ze say it.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
'Glad to hear it,' Hunter grinned. 'Cause the rest of the room is crap. I would have gotten us seperate rooms but,' he shrugged, 'y'know.'
Dart shook his head, "No, even if you could get 2 rooms, I wouldn't want it. This place scares the c**p outta me, there is no way I'm gonna be alone while I'm here."
````````````````````````````````` Ka'ze sighed and laughed slightly, "I need your help because I can't do it on my own. I'd be horribly outnumbered and wouldn't stand a chance, but I saw you fight, and I was impressed. So I am asking for your help, not to mention, I would like to get to know you and Tia better. It's not every day I meet another vampire, or 2 at the very least."

Avery smirked and glanced up at Ka'ze, 'Impressed, eh? Well, that's a scarce compliment, unfortunately flattery doesn't work with me, Silver. You'll have to do better than that. Why should I risk my life to help you? What's in it for me? And don't give me any of that BS about helping to eliminate evil in the world, 'cause that's what vampires are. That's what we are: evil.'
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hunter shrugged and looked around, flopping down on the second bed. 'Geez, who knew bus rides could be so tiring?'
Ka'ze shrugged, "I don't know, what would you like in return for helping me? My money currently is locked away, so I dunno. Again, what would you like in return for your help?"
```````````````````````` Dart shrugged, "hmm, I'm not all that tired." *Not to mention all the nightmares I'll get from this place* he thought. "you go ahead and sleep if ya want, I'll probably be reading or soemthing."

Tia pulled her car in the hotel parking, glad of the fact that it was well past sunset. She picked up her duffel and hoisted it over her shoulder before she locked the car.
Slipping inside the hotel she stood by the counter. Her eyes following the two boys as they went past her talking. Taking the key to her room, she nodded satisfied and went to find the said room.

Avery shrugged and kicked at a shard of broken glass, probably from a beer bottle, that was on the ground. 'Well..' he said with a grin, 'what have you got to offer me?' Avery licked his fangs and smirked as he ground up the piece uf glass with a booted foot, appearing genuinely unconcerned about anything.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hunter shrugged and glanced at the clock. 11:38. 'Kinda early, don't ya think? I mean for me it is.' He hopped off the bed and rummaged around in his backpack before triumphantly pulling out his CD player, among various other junk that he had carried with him. He slipped his headphones on, his the play button, and flopped back down on the bed, leaning up against the pillows, which were, by the way, as flat as a board.
Ka'ze shrugged, "that's just it. I don't know what to offer you. If you were to decide on something, I may be able to give it to you."
`````````````````````````````` Dart laughed a bit, Hunter flopped on beds alot, but then again..so did he. He winced slightly, and rubbed his forehead, he had just gotten a small headache from the bad feeling in the air, being an empath had it's advantages at times, but others it was a pain in the a**. Laying back on the bed, Dart sighed and laid his head down on his arm, using the other to massage his forehead a bit.

'Well, I sure as heck can't demand anything of you unless I know what you have. How do I know that you don't have something better than what I might want. How do I even know what I want is valuable to you? See, that's the weird thing about life, Silver, people place different values on well,' Avery shrugged,' values. But the one thing no one values, Silver, well, honesty. Everyone wants it, but no one can find it. Loyalty. Things like that. Can you give me honesty or loyalty, Silver? Can something like me even possess honesty or loyalty?' Avery grinned and laughed rather pschotically.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hunter sighed and closed his eyes, humming slightly to his music. He was probably annoying Dart, but he didn't really care. Soon Hunter sank into a deep sleep, but somehow still heard the loud music drifting in his mind, he knew he would wake up with that song going through his head in the morning.
(((I know that didn't make much sense Ze, but you already know what a night I'm having, so bear with my insane posts. I'm in a philosophical mood.)))
Ka'ze looked at Avery, "I CAN give you honesty and loyalty, but whether you choose to accept it OR believe it, is up to you. Now if it's material possesions that you want, I have plenty of money hidden away, waiting to be used." ```````````````````````````` Dart smiled a bit, hearing Hunter hum. Hopefully Hunter was feeling a little bit happy in this place, though Dart thought, it would be rather hard. "Oh well, atleast Hunter has some form of entertainment." Dart grabbed his bag and reached into it, trying to find something to read. He pulled out a book all about magic, and karma, a whole bunch of stuff like that. Opening it up, he began reading at a random spot, and layed back down on the bed.
'HAH!!! I'd like to see that, Silver. You must be an idealist, there is no honesty. Honesty is based on truth, which, in turn, is also nonexistant. In order for something to be truth, you have to prove it, right? And how can you prove anything? Take this, for example,' he bent picked up another piece of glass, 'I'm holding this piece of glass, right. It's here in my hand. and if I hold it too tight, it'll cut me, right?' He glanced at Ka'ze, not awaiting an answer. 'Well, how can either of us prove that? Sure, I say I'd feel it if it cut me, I can feel the glass on my hand right now. And you say you'd see it. But those are our perceptions and how do we know they're not skewed and biased? We don't.' Avery idly flipped the glass in his hand and continued, 'And if we don't have the facts to prove any of this?' he gestured to his surroundings, 'then how can any of it be ture and honest. So, like I said before, there is no honesty.' Avery grinned and continued flipping the glass, knowing he sounded psychotic and completely insane. But he really didn't care, because he understood what he said and he liked messing with peoples' heads anyway.
Ka'ze shrugged, " I like being an idealist, I probably wouldn't have lasted as long as I have if I wasn't. and it's too depressing for me to constantly think about how humans are ruining this planet, so I don't, and I think about when they're gone, how it'll all get better, even though I know it's a long shot. Being idealistic helps me feel better about life, and everything living. But it's not my business to try to convince you of that." he sighed, "I can pay you for your services."
'AH HAH!!!!!!!!!!!' Avery suddenly straightened and and pointed at Ka'ze, laughing on the inside because he had a feeling that all he had just said had gone right past the dude except for the world 'idealist.' 'You, my friend have just defeated and contradicted yourself! You clearly stated that you just like to think about what the world will be like when it is rid of humans, and yet you fight off these werewolves, which only benefits them. So, why even fight these creatures when they can do our work for us?' Avery grinned maliciously and laughed. 'Idealists are nothing but disillusioned fools, by the way.'
Ka'ze laughed, "I fight the werewolves because I highly dislike them, and as for them destroying the humans. We don't need them too, because humans are doing a d**n fine job of doing it themselves, and I doubt it'll be very long until they're all gone. So there's no need for werewolves."
'Hmm.. then get rid of two enemies at once and let them fight amongst each other. No need for us vampires to get invovled. We're a dwindling race already and have always been solitary creatures, why get involved now? Let them all kill each other off. Or close to it anyway. We do have to feast on something, you now.' Avery tossed the bit of glass back on the ground, barely noting the thin line of blood across his hand from where he had been gripping it.
(((Uhm.. yeah.. told ya i was crazy tonight.. heh heh... Plus avery's crazy so I have to write crazy. ;D )))
"There are other things to feed on, unless you're strictly human. And if the werewolves fight humans, it end up with more werewolves. So I fight them to lessen their numbers so that there won't be as many humans becoming werewolves." He stretched a bit, and cracked his neck.
