((Private rpg for Luffy and I. Please don't join.))
*Professor Jaye Donovan walked out of his office, standing on the small balcony and waiting. He didn't stand there long before an elevator came whizzing around the corner, speeding down the hall and stopping short just in front of the rather dashing teacher. He quickly stepped inside as the doors opened, watching as they quickly closed behind him and whisked him off to the central spire of the school. He tapped his foot on the floor, humming a little until the elevator stopped, doors opening as he stepped onto the large balcony in front of an elaborate golden door with a phoenix head door knocker. Jaye knocked loudly on it since no one but the headmistress held knowledge of the password, and he was soon greeted by the beautiful Headmistress Andromeda Ravenhart, giving her one of his dazzling smiles when she opened the door and ushered him inside.*
"Professor Donovan, so glad you could join me. I'm afraid I must ask a favor of you."
"Anything for you." *Jaye grinned at her, taking a seat in one of the plush purple chairs in front of her dark mahogany desk. He knew she always fell for his flattery and his smile... as did most women... Her golden eyes showed her amusement as she took her own seat.*
"We have a new professor arriving any minute to fill Professor Witherbee's spot in the astrology department. As I'm very busy preparing for start of term and you always seem to be prepared ahead of time, I was wondering if you wouldn't mind giving him a tour of the building and helping him get settled in."
*Jaye smiled, rather excited to have a new coworker... and of course he almost always enjoyed meeting new people.* "I'd love to. Where is he?"
"I told him to come to my office as soon as he arrived. You may wait here for him. I have to go have a chat with Miss Savage about some of the new rules for students."
"Sounds like a plan then."
"Oh thank you so much, Jaye. You're a dear." *She gave him a quick smile before shaking his hand, which he quickly kissed before letting go, making her blush just slightly before she swept out of the room, her long purple robes trailing behind her. Jaye sighed as the door closed, leaning back comfortably in his chair and waiting.*
