For: SpecOps Binary
Name: Alexander Rank: Warrior 'Mech: Blazer, Firemoth Custom Configuration (see below) Skills: Hacking, Lock-picking, Code decryption, Sleight-of-hand, Stealth, Laser pistol combat Sex: Male Age: 18 Bloodline: Freeborn
Tall and slender, delicate yet finely chiseled features, vibrant sapphire eyes, shoulder-length hair dyed varying shades of darker purples with almost crystalline amethyst highlights, wears dark blue clothing when off duty.
Alexander tends to be incredibly lucky. He always tries to not rely on his luck, but it seems to help him out anyway. He is fond of electronics, and spent a lot of what little free time he had during academy training working on computer code. As a result he was the best hacker in the history of the academy at the end of his training. Being Freeborn, however, he is still thought of as weak. His meager physical strength only seems to reinforce the opinions of others. His manual dexterity is another thing. He can operate vehicles with precision matched only by the finest of Trueborn warriors. His reaction times are top notch as well. The only thing he never had any interest in learning was how to handle weapons other than a simple laser pistol. If it wasn't for the fact that his mother was a commander, he probably would have been removed from the academy and turned into a tech.
Fresh from the academy, Alexander is eager to prove that Freeborn clansmen can be just as deadly as any Trueborn. His acceptance into a point was in less than a week, but fate intervened. His mother was killed during a mission to invade Jade Falcon territory. His position was postponed indefinitely. That's when he got the invitation to join a new group under Seth Radick's command. He jumped on the opportunity and boarded the next jumpship out, making sure to take Blazer with him.
Alexander's Firemoth 'mech, named Blazer, is custom built for speed and reconnaissance. It carries 4 ER Small Lasers, a Light TAG system, a Light Active Probe, a MASC system, and a Firebox XL 280 Fusion Engine. Its top speed is 226.8 kph. With the MASC system engaged it can reach the incredible speed of 302.4 kph. A meager 1 ton of ferro-fibrous armor protects the endo-steel frame of Blazer, but most other 'mechs have difficulty targeting it when the MASC system is engaged, so it doesn't need much protection. Nearly all of this armor is on Blazer's back and the back of its legs with only small amounts around the cockpit up front.

(Just in case anyone has multiple character ideas for SpecOps Binary, multiples are allowed in this RP.)
For: SpecOps Binary
Name: "Psycho" Seth Radick Rank: Nova Captain Mech: Nova, Custom Configuration (ER large laser and head-mounted small pulse laser added to weaponry, with ER small laser and a couple of the medium lasers removed to make room) Non-Mech skills: guerrilla warfare, subversion, unarmed combat, psychological warfare, laser pistol combat Sex: Male Age: 34 Bloodline: Radick
Appearance: Short black hair, brown eyes, tall and wiry build. Considered rather handsome. When he smiles, his dimples appear to be capable of swallowing the room. Carries himself in a manner that suggests he's always ready for a fight, and expects to win it.
Personality: Like most in Clan Wolf, a Warden. Usually very liberal, which extends to his style of leadership (though he still expects a certain degree of respect and an extreme degree of competence from those under his command, he is almost as much a friend to them as he is a superior officer). Usually cheerful and full of good (if slightly mischievous) humor, but can become introverted and withdrawn sometimes.
History: Was decorated for bravery three times, and for surviving extreme injury in combat twice, during the invasion of the Inner Sphere. This adds credibility to a military record that otherwise reads like that of a dezgra. Many of the higher-ups in Clan Wolf have mixed feelings about him, regarding him as a brave fighter and competent leader, but a dirty and underhanded strategist. Despite a promotion to Nova Captain, has languished in relative obscurity since the original SpecOps Binary was disbanded.

For: SpecOps Binary
Name: Vincent "Bullseye Rank: Point commander Mech: Supernova. 6 er large lasers and a heavy gauss gun hidden in the armored "stomach" of the mech. Equipped with standard targeting computers and such for sniper work. Very thick frontal armor with barely any in the back. Even with the several heatsinks, heating is a big issue. Non-Mech skills: Repair and refit of mechs, shiper Gender: Male Age: 27
Appearance: Dark hair down to his shoulders, and red eyes due to the special contacts he wears. Normal color is green. Wears the typical uniform for his clan. Personality: The practical definition of soldier, he obeys nearly any commands short of the suicidal ones. Order him to shoot one his closest friends and he'll shrug and ask when.
History: An average warrior untill a battle on some far off world. He landed a shot that saved his team from a supernova sniper. After landing the shot he had the thing repaired and refit for active duty. After that battle he was awarded the startus of point comander. He's fairly new to the whole leadership thing, but no one really wants to doubt the sniper in the 90 ton mech.

For: SpecOps Binary

(OOC: That's awesome, Roara. I'd prefer him to have a real name just for realism's sake, but the Janitor persona works well here. Also, if you want him to have a Janitoresque sense of humor -- since I assume you were going for a Scrubs reference here -- that'd work out really well as there'll be a lot of comic relief in this thing.)

For: SpecOps Binary
Name: Ratache Fetladral Rank: Mechwarrior Mech: Timber Wolf variant: 2 arm mounted ER PPC, 4 torso mounted Streak SRM6. Non-Mech skills: Fencing, Guerilla warfare, laser pistol combat, martial arts. Sex: Male Age: 25 Bloodline: Fetladral (Trueborn)
Appearance: Ratache is tall and thin, with grey eyes. He tends to keep his blonde hair cropped short. He can only be found in uniform when specifically ordered to wear it.
Personality: Unlike most Trueborns, Ratache holds no special condescension towards freeborns - likely because he’s too busy sneering at the other Trueborns. Arrogant to an extreme, he has little respect for any who he feels are not ‘worthy’ of the position they hold, he also has a tendency to disagree with the strategical assessments of his commanding officer. He is, however, extremely loyal to his sibko, and – depending on their competence – his squad mates.
History: Ratache claimed his bloodname Due to his personality, Ratache tends to get assigned missions which do not put him in close proximity to others. Despite a high rate of success on his assignments and an excellent record when he is assigned for true battles, his attitude towards the higher ups has held him back from being promoted. He has also trained extensively in most forms of combat used in a Circle of Equals, due to the inevitable challenges his attitude provokes.
Ratache pilots a modified Timber Wolf, a heavy mech. He replaced the standard lasers with ER PPCs, and each of the LRM launchers with a pair of shorter range missile launchers. In addition, it has superior ECM, fire control systems, targeting gear, and anti-missile capability, at the cost of being a few kph slower than the standard Timber Wolf.
