Reinos had smiled when the girl had hugged him. She was such a small and seemingly frail thing, that Reinos couldn't help but feel a little protective of her. Then, there was Mierca...and Reinos suddenly realized she wasn't wearing Kyra's necklace. A sudden panic almost overtook him, but when Almi let go and Ignnis mentioned rest, all Reinos could do was nod.
"Rest would be best right now...but I have a few things to discuss with the others. Ignnis can you take Mierca and Almi to the Infirmary....."Reinos' eyes shot to the boar demon, who cowered behind Mierca again.
"Where did he come from?" he said, looking the demon in the face.....

Despite her bewilderment over the things happening around her, the Elf child pouted a little when she caught that she was to be hurried back off the medical place.
"We're alright," Mierca said insistently, then looked to Waldon and back at Reinos, softly rubbing what she could reach of the pig-man's arm. "This is Mr. Waldon. We met 'im in the city, at a rest'rant. He was sad. I think he's lonely. So we brought him with."

Zyphan merely nodded, as it was obvious an explanation could be provided at the time. But she was still on edge, and everything felt like it was falling apart. She watched Ignnis and Almi, how they acted around each other, and realized the girl would be leaving them. For how long, she didn't know, but there was some relief in that fact, since the girl didn't have to know quite yet about Scoltun.
But then the pig man, Waldon, did Mierca call him? He was still here, after following them from that diner, and now was 'cowering' behind the elf, who was much smaller than him. Why was he still here, she wondered, and where in the world did he come from? She remembered Scoltun's murderer, and seeing Roxy come to the castle on Tauros' back, and guessed he was connected to it. But even so, the man still bothered her.
Zyphan was almost as upset as a cat in water, but was able to contain herself. Only small snowflakes fell off her broadsword, gripped tightly in her pale hand. She didn't know what to do or what to say, and the actions of Reinos towards Ignnis set her on guard, but then Almi's bawling and reaction to Ignnis confused her to no end. It felt like everyone knew exactly what was going on, and she didn't. But then again, the only person she had really gotten attatched to was Scoltun, and was gone now, for good. Maybe that was why she was so lost. Perhaps everyone else knew the stories, knew the people, and knew what was going on. Unlike the phoenix, who grew up in trees her whole life, these people lived in these cities, knew these people, and were familiar with all that was going on.
Even though she knew it would all come clear later, Zyphan was still on edge, still watching these new people with caution, still lost about the different actions shown towards this Ignnis. She stood back from the group a little, flexing her wings and leaning on a glistening, slightly snowing broadsword, watching everyone with sharp, sapphire blue eyes.

"so... " Roxy looked around a bit, running a hand through her hair, "what's going on? Almi's leaving? with this iggnis guy? and what do the rest of us do?"

Reinos rose and rubbed his temples, his head beginning to throb.
"No one is going anywhere yet. We need rest. I...I've got to think of something," he said, an unusual halt in his speaking. Reinos was beginning to get stretch with this whole situation. The fate of two worlds was henging on his coming decisions and he wanted nothing to do with it. He only wanted to be with those he cared for in peace.
Reinos sighed,"Peace," he said to himself, his eyes looking back towards the door as his left arm began to burn like it did in the elven forest.
Reinos grasped his arm and quickly left the room. It would seem rude he knew, but he couldn't think straight at the moment.

Roxy looked confused, noticing his arm and glancing around before deciding to follow to see what was up. She didn't understand half of what was going on anyway.

Can we leave now? Zyphan saw Reinos walk out, shortly after followed by Roxy, and she wanted to go too, but hesitated. Maybe it was for a different reason that he left, not just that this weird little meeting was done. Either way, Zyphan was uncomfortable in the room with four people she didn't know, two of which scared her, one of which confused her, and the third of which grossed her out [only a little].
Zyphan straightened and spotted an open window out in the hallway, and, snowflakes falling behind her, she strode off towards it, wanting to get out and away from that uncomfortable place and into the open air, but at that thought, something cold pricked her finger, and she looked down to find that she still held the blue ice rose in her hand, a drop of blood forming where the thorn tore her pale skin. Oh yeah, the gargoyles... She had almost completely forgotten about them, but now she knew that she need to go back up there, even if she didn't know why.

Reinos dug his arm into the water outside of the palace. A hissin sound coming from it as it began to boil.
'Not again,' he thought as he growled, trying to hold it what he felt. It was the same as when he had opened the gate inside of Yggdrasil. Reinos wasn't used to this pain, but he felt it was trying to tell him something...as if there was something close by he needed to know about.
He made sure to keep his back turned to that awful prison that Shura was trapped in. He knew one day it would catch up to him, having imprisoning him in that grim tomb. Reinos looked up, his arm burning madly and as he did, clenching his teeth he noticed the a flock of winged figures somersaulting through the air. The gargoyles were in a frenzy and got even more worked up when one noticed Reinos watching them......
----------------------------------------------------------
They were ecstatic and scared. The winged ones were here at last, one to take there treasure finally and grant them release from this horrible fate that had been cast upon them. All the others had forgotten, but one knew that they were once among the Tribes of Wind, fearsome creatures and superb warriors. However that was long ago. The oldest remembered the pact they made with thier fellow winged creatures, should one ever ally itself with a Lunare, the last general of the Underworld's army, then they could be granted release from thier prison of stone and return to the air from wence they came.
They feared this new Lunare though, for they had seen what both he and the Mistress of the Cold had done to a fellow Winged one. They saw the creature attack the one of fire breath, but that had been normal to them. Fire and wind never got along too well, even in the says of peace from the old world....

Roxy slowed as she saw Reinos stop, her eyes catching on the strange statue thing behind him...
"Reinos... what's going on?..." she was definitely confused about things, things were happening rapidly and it was hard to process everything.

Reaching the window without anyone stopping her, Zyphan looked up to see the gargoyles flying about, and spotted Roxy and Reinos below by the water. Even though she really wanted to get things right, she was drawn to the gargoyles, and, kneeling on the window ledge, she jumped out, snapping her wings open and sending snowflakes scattering everywhere.
She flew up to where she had sat before, but something was making the gargoyles agitated, and she hesitated, unsure if she should actually fly up there, with there being more than one, and if they attacked... Well, she definitely wouldn't survive that unless she fled or froze them all.

(We are at a slow. My brains on hiatus and I'm trying to find a job and chores and all sorts of things. Busy is all, lol)
Reinos growled as he looked behind him, his eyes flashing between blue and gold. He sensed the turmoil in thje skies above, but was unable to do anything about it. They wanted something, or someone but he couldn't say.
"The wind has changed...for better or worse I don't know," he said looking up to Zyphan in the sky.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The gargoyle flocked around in a frenzy seeing the Cold One again, knowing what was to come.
The oldest and most chipped took to the air and hovered in front of the Cold One and spoke in it's gravelly voice.
"Wings....of old...we ask...for you...to take what.....is needed...for the...future.." it said, pointing towards the loft of the gargoyles. The tower.......

"Reinos," she grabbed him and made him look at her, "What is going on?" she asked him again.
