"o-ok then." she nodded. This was a lot of information coming at her all at once, but what else could she do? Now wasn't exactly the time to have a tantrum.
"partners." she took his extended hand.

"Good," he turned to the guard behind him with a growl,"I don't like to be called a lord and least of all to take charge, but I will give you an order just this once."
He let go of Roxy's hand,"If you let anyone know of the link between me and my pack, I will come back and tear you to shreds. Do...you...understand..." he growled the last part out. This wasn't an empty threat either. He didn't know how the Nexus worked yet, but if anyone found out, they may end up in trouble.
Instead of fear as Reinos expected the guard merely nodded and turned,"The emissary is currently in audience with the Tuaros follow me," he said and left. Reinos looked to Roxy a little dumb founded as to why he didn't react the way he expected, but he shrugged and followed.
"Let's go Roxy," he said and followed....

Roxy nodded and followed, "any idea what this is about?"

Reinos looked over his shoulder as he followed the guard,"No clue."
"Hey, what was the messenger sent for?" Reinos asked the guard.
"That isn't my information to divulge, Lord Reinos," he said, getting a growl out of Reinos.
"Fine, whatever," he said. He always got in a sour mood where his family was involved.
"By the way, Roxy, about the pact. Just so you know...uh...it can only be sealed....with a...a kiss," he said,"Just to let you know."
His eyes were straight ahead, but he was beat red in the face.
---------------------------------------------------------------
The gargoyles scattered suddenly as one of the bald headed monk guards appeared on the roof of where Zyphan sat.
"Lady Zyphan," he said, bowing as the other had to Reinos,"An emissary has come from Largos, seeking an audience in the throne room with you and your compatriots. Please, follow me," he said.....
----------------------------------------------------------------
As another man that looked just the same as the others went out into the streets searching for Almi and Mierca. He knew the city well, but he had been told the Lady Almi had been here before so he hoped he would find them soon.
It wasn't too long as he came across a large crowd watching a restraunt. He went into the crowd to see what the commotion was and saw inside a strange boar headed man wolfing down late after plate of pancakes.
"My word," he said to himself as he caught the sight of Lady Almi sitting across from him.
He went inside and ignored the onlookers, knowing what he was about to do would quite possibly let the world know that the Hounds of the Underworld were loose once again. People talked alot after all, and the guards very seldom left the palace. His appearance here alone meant something big was already in motion.
"Lady Almi, Lady Mierca," he said as Waldon stopped eating and watched the little man with his eyes. It looked as if he thought himself a dog looking after his master,"An emissary has arrived from Largos seeking an audience with both of you as well as your friends. Could you please accompany me to the palace...."

Reinos laughed,"Nothing to big, she says. Oh you have no idea," he continued chuckling.
"The pact," he said, calming down,"It..it will give you characterstics of the Lunare, the wolf demons and I would end up with characteristics of the Kitsune tribe."
"Your powers would grow, but there is no telling what power you would obtain..."
--------------------------------------------------------
The Tuaros looked down at the man before him. He wanted to boot him out of the Wastes all together, but something in him said that this man may be essential for the future. It was that feeling and that feeling alone that made Tuaros listen to him.
"Ignnis, Reinos is on his way," he said as one of the guards came in and motioned to him,"Along with his comrades...."

Almi looked up, ignoring the rest of the staring customers. Waldon was starting to act weird, protective perhaps; a flash of contempt from her eyes silenced that for sure. Turning quickly back to the guard, she nodded in agreement, still wondering what was going on.
The waitress, on the dial, already had several doggy-bags at ready. Almi thanked her, and after placing hers in one, waited on Mierca to finish what she could. In the meantime, she paid the bill, leaving a generous tip for the kind lady who waited on them; finally, her mouth could keep still no longer, and she finally quipping "What's all this goin' on about? Somethin' happening?"
Ignnis remained silent, simply nodding in agreement. He had to summon all the courage left in him; he knew he was unwelcome here, and doubly so with Reinos and his group - his pack, as it were. Mistress Sonanja had put them through quite a rut, as he had observed first-hand. He had absolutely disapproved her treatment of her younger brother, but what was his place to say so out loud? A servant with a wide mouth received a long beating, or worse.
On top of that, she'd caused strife and hardships for them since Reinos' release, including the elimination of Almara's Guardian, one thing she would surely come to regret before too long. All he needed was a little more information, and the right moment, and she would fall like a stack of logs... still, in his time, he had become fond of her, in a way. She was always alone, by choice, her pride as a demoness having never allowed her to bend to a man, and never would. Oh how sweet his vengeance would be when she fell; so proud, so strong... so fragile.
But that was for times to come; in the moment, he concentrated upon what would be said. No doubt his mere presence would inspire hatred. They would not believe him, but he was on their side more than they could know at the moment. He would be their guiding hand soon enough, whether they wished it or not; it was Destiny's choice, not theirs. For the time being, he needed to remain calm, stable, no matter what threatened him, no matter how they reacted...

"Lady? But I'm just a kid..." It was the only thing Mierca said for the time being, not particularly understanding the title she'd just been addressed with. More than than, she didn't understand what was going on... Lately, too much had been going on for her to process it all. Everything seemed more like something from the books her "parents" had read her, and yet... different somehow. All this adventuring and whatnot, it didn't seem like it the books. It wasn't fun, and it didn't seem like she was getting anywhere.
But for now, what could she do? She could just keep helping her friends, and hope to make it back home soon. Yes, once she got home again, everything would be alright, and they could all be happy...

Zyphan jumped as the gargoyles fled at the appearance of the monk, but merely nodded, and, with a last glance at the gargoyles, she followed him down the steps, her icy rose in hand.

"Dangerous," Reinos said to himself,"Well, when I had created the bond with Kyra..." he pronounced her namely strangley at that moment,"We both lost ourselves to our more primal emotions."
"She became a little afraid if I remember right, and I well, I went hunting," he said not proud of losing himself that night all those years ago.
"I really can't say, except we won't know if or when it happens," Reinos kept his eyes forward, as they were getting close to the throne room. Reinos could here footsteps coming from the other direction, towards the roost of the gargoyles....
---------------------------------------------------------------
Waldon seemed to shrink a little bit when Almi glared at him and the guard looked at each of the girls in turn, obviously confused and wanting answers. Almi was just more open about it apparently. The guard smiled.
"Lord Reinos certainly has a acquired some interesting friends," he said, then let the smile slip from his face,"I cannot in good conscience tell you of what has occurred. It for Lord Reinos and Ladies Zyphan and Roxy to tell. Please follow me," he said again and this time turned and motioned for the crowd to part, which they did of course....

Roxy just nodded, deciding not to worry about it for now and focus on what was currently going on.

Zyphan walked into the throne room, and spotted Reinos and Roxy, who were also there. Thanking the monk, she walked over, smiling a little. It was good to see Roxy was up and seemed fine.
"So what's all this about?" She could tell something was up, and it didn't feel too good.

Reinos jerked his head in the direction of Ignnis still down on the floor.
"That's what's up," he said, watching Ignnis closely, something about him just didn't seem right and on top of that Tuaros was just sitting on that blasted throne like a ruler.
Reinos was getting a little irritated. He looked at Zyphan, and realized that Mierca and Almi would be coming in soon as well.
"Uhhhh, this day just gets better and better," he said to himself rubbing his head. With Scoltun not being around when the girls arrive, Reinos was going to have to answer some questions....and he didn't know how to possibly deal with this. Last time someone close to him passed on, he had been in a comatose state for three hundred years.
"Tuaros, at least let the man stand, he's not a prisoner or servant of anyone here," he said to the bull.
Tuaros sighed,"Of course, Ignnis, please rise. You needn't fear for your life here if that is what is bothering you. Lord Reinos will not allow need least death. It was one of the old laws instilled in Pandemonium by Theodoric. Reinos will hold to his elder brother's laws..." Reinos growled. He didn't like the way Tuaros had said thatt...

Zyphan had noticed Ignnis, but still wasn't sure all what was going on. Obviously it wasn't good though, whatever it was. She could feel the tension rolling off Reinos, which gave good reason to be prepared for whatever came next.
The ice phoenix stood off a bit, to watch and try to figure out what's going on, and what this Ignnis person is doing here.
