Almi has many stages of growth, but she goes through them fairly slow, and her abilities take a few moments to set up and are all physically- and mentally-draining to her. she's basically like a sound-element mage, is the best way for me to describe her
Growth Constants: new abilities at each stage; voice becomes stronger and more powerful, hair grows longer when she 'switches on' her abilities (best way i can describe it), songs become more powerful/potent and carry longer effects, and she can play instruments better :3

Beginner's Luck/Swingin' Sweetheart/Six-string Samurai/Indigenously Instrumental Type: Passive Allows playing of instruments to complement, enhance, and even substitute vocal abilities. Advanced versions create more complex songs, better quality, and last longer. Growth Effect: last longer, greater area of effect, greater impact
Song Burst/Siren's Scream Type: Active An ability that concentrates vocal energy into a forward attack that can knock enemies off their feet and even incapacitate certain weaker enemies. Growth Effect: gains momentum and strength as she grows; is eventually included and improved upon in Kassandra's Symphony of Destruction, but can still be used separately
Sleeper Song/Snore Song/Snore-fest Type: Active A song that can put single enemies to sleep. Improved versions can put multiple enemies within an area to sleep at once and last longer, but require more time to set up. Growth Effect: becomes stronger and more potent
Sleaze Song/Smoocher/Hot-blooded Type: Active Acts like Charm; has a chance for turning non-animal enemies into allies. Advanced versions affect more enemies, and can turn them faster and in greater numbers. Growth Effect: becomes stronger and more potent
Battle Cry Type: Active Strengthens allies attacks and such. Growth Effect: becomes more potent and greater duration; eventually replaced by Kassandra's Symphony of Destruction.
Dark Song/Midnight Thriller/Twilight Cloud Type: Active Clouds the minds of enemies, creating darkness around them and causing them to move flimsily. Growth Effect: affects more enemies, becomes more potent, and lasts longer
Weak/Improved/Full Song Apathy Type: Passive Gains resistance to her own songs as she uses them, as well as the songs of others. At its best, she can ignore most any ailment-type song and takes little damaged from sonic-based assaults. Growth Effect: better apathy towards sonic-based abilities, including her own
Kassandra's Symphony of Destruction, 1st/2nd/3rd/Final Sonata Type: Very Active An all-encompassing assault upon the senses, wreaking havoc all around her as she sings. As it grows, she causes more and more destruction around her, even making the very earth itself heave as though it were spitting upon the wretched inhabitants around Almi. Very destructive, and extremely potent, but the most draining of all attacks. However, it can also be used to assist allies with or without causing destruction, converting all of her destructive tones into a power and speed boost as long as the sonata lasts. Growth Effect: drastic increases in strength to both boost and attack effects
Insanity Inducer Type: Active An annoying, bezerker-inducing ability that robs enemies of their ability to reason and think from all around her. One of the last original abilities, so it doesn't need much growth, but whatever it does causes the song to become ever more potent, driving more and more enemies over the edge. Allies might hear part of it, but full hearing is needed to induce insanity. Growth Effects: becomes stronger and more potent
Sonic Breeze/Sonic Gale Type: Active Creates a wall of sound, which can knock enemies off their feet and prevent them from attacking. Limited usefulness, but can be handy when allies are busy. Acts vaguely like the jedi Force-Push... Growth Effect: becomes stronger and more potent
Vocal Knife/Blade Type: Active Builds up sonic energy, then releases it in a devastating wave that can cut down enemies. Further abilities include being able to draw from that energy and create a semi-physical 'blade' of sonic energy, invisible to the naked eye and almost non-existent in the hands of a user, and the ability to temporarily infuse weapons with sonic energy. Growth Effect: *see above*
Heal Song/Medic!! Type: Active/Passive An all-in-one duo of pain-soothing songs, Heal song (and its improved version, Medic!!) allows Almi to heal her wounds and recover from songs faster, as well as speed healing in allies. Substitutes for healing magic when healers are not around. Growth Effect: *see above*
if any of these seem to be too powerful, or there's any issues with this, PLEASE tell me >.< i'm trying not to make her too powerful here, but she doesn't really have much else in her beyond these (ie- physical strength/abilities, flying, ect), so they sort of make up for her lack of physical attributes (in my mind at least >.<)

Uh hi. I was talking to Saturn about joining in and he agreed to let me after he takes a look at the profile I post. I know its pretty late in the story but since not much seems to be going on, story wise, I think I can sneak in.
I was wondering about the profiles because I only see sywtch's character profile in the Character Profiles thread. Is there a different place where you guys have put up yours?
Okay, time to tell the design of Largos. It is a fairly large city, and can be complicated to navigate.
Upper Town-This is where the Colossem is located and where the "gladiators" compete. This is also where many of the office buildings and commercial plazas are located. Along with a few wealthy members of the Krono. The Krono Guard Academy is located in this area. Fortunaltely on the otherside of the district, closer to Krono HQ.
Lower Town-This is where the demons and half-breeds usually live. It is something of a small port town inside Largos. Few other people from the city visit this area. Although, a number of humans have been known to travel here to get to the Old Quarter for some "fun."

The strength and size of his wings increase with every level, allowing him to fly faster, at higher altitudes and for a longer duration. Also, his eyesight and hearing are enhanced with every stage along with his body mass giving him a more muscular look. By the 5th stage, his feet would have fully developed into talons with sharp claws.
1st stage: Achieved ability to fly but with the limitations listed in profile, better than average hearing and eyesight. Weak tail (Current stage)
2nd stage: Skin is hardened and turns completely black providing protection from sharp weapons to a certain extent. Tail grows in length and achieving better control over it.
3rd stage: The tail end hardens into a spear-like weapon that can now be used in combat proficiently with more control. Skin achieves a scaly look.
4th stage: Hardest to achieve- needs a catalyst event making him desperate to summon more power allowing him to tap into a hidden source of magic within, for the first time. Allows him to enchant his tail and his hands (or whatever weapon he holds in them) with fire increasing damage in combat.
5th stage: Dragon breath (Fire breath) - drains him completely of the magical energy for some time not allowing for the previous mentioned magical skills to be used. Increased damage from enchantment allowing him to cause serious burns to his target.
Eh, thats about it. Anything more and I will turn him into a full fledged dragon
