Twitch let out an exasperated sigh as he watched the two of them bicker. Honestly...
((Hey mon Kapitan r u in the Matrix or r u on the ship?))
He scanned the plethora of computer screens with their numerical drizzle for any abnormal activity which besides the two new recruits showed nothing that out of the ordinary.

Hikki shook her head, "No. I'm not giving you the keys. I'd rather walk." Saying so, she pocketed the keys and crossed her arms on her chest with a "So There" expression.

"fine then, walk. Just give me the keys." he growled, continuing to glare at her.

Hikki shrugged, "Suit yourself." She gave him a curt wave with a smug grin before she sauntered away, her hands inside her coat.
She heard him yell, "The keys!" She yelled back without looking back, "Keeping them!"

"argh!!!!" he yelled, then dove under the dashboard, opening it up. He grabbed some wires and connected a few (I don't know very much about hijacking cars ) Soon, he heard teh engine turn over, and he got back in the seat. Driving past Hikki, he laughed loudly.

Hikki shook her head, he could be such a jerk at times. She played with the keys as she moved through the throng of busy people.
She smiled, she missed all this. In a way. She stood outside her old school, she sighed. So much had changed in such a small time. Amazing.

Kai let out a small smirk and drove to his favorite secluded area, a small area in the park. He parked the car by the sidewalk, and got out. He walked to his usual area, a small tree, by a pond full of fish and frogs. Nobody rarely ever came to that area, and he liked it that way. He liked how peaceful and serene the pond was, the small quiet croaks of the frogs, wild fragrances of the grass and flowers, he sat on the ground and leaned against the tree, closing his eyes. The smallest of smiles gracing his lips.

Hikki moved away as she heard the bell signalling the end of school. She couldn't risk anyone recognising her. Then again....
She wondered as she wandered into a nearby park. Did anyone remember her? Had the agents modifying everyone's memories so that she never existed in the system?
She sat down on a bench, her arms resting on the back of it. She closed her eyes and turned her face upwards, she even missed the sun. All that time living in the dark had turned her ivory skin nearly translucent. The fact that she wore almost all black, did not help either.

Kai sighed, and laid down on the grass, staring up at the sky. It was still kind of a shock to him, that all this was real. he pushed himself up, and picked up a small stone. Looking it over once, he threw it at the water, watching it skip once, twice, then sink into the water, "that wasn't very good."

Hikki opened her eyes with a start when she heard a soft 'plop' followed by a "that wasn't very good." She looked in front of her and then in the thicket behind her. That voice sounded familar.
She blinked before looking at her watch, oops. She had gone to sleep for nearly half an hour. She crept through the dense overgrowth as silently as she could. She pushed apart a few leaves. Her eyebrows nearly hit her hairline when she saw Kai reclined, relaxed.
She was torn on wanting to stay there and observe him and just wanting to leave. She remembered his previous attitude before pursing her lips and just as quietly made her way back.

Kai let out a quiet gasp when he heard the brush move, he lifted his head, and saw a figure moving away. Quietly, he got into a knealing position, and crept quietly over. His eyes widened slightly, when he saw Hikki leaving *oh man...* he thought, *maybe she didn't see anything. oh who am I kidding. but how much did she see ecaxtly?* he silently crawled through the bushes, and followed her, keeping his distance so that, if he made any noise she wouldn't hear.

Hikki stuffed her hands in her pants pockets as she moodily kicked a few pebbles in her path. She made her way over to a large oak tree and leaned her back against it.
She gazed at the happy couples and families as they frolicked and played about. With a sigh she sank to the ground, her arms wrapped around her knees and her head resting on her arms.
She closed her eyes and said softly, half to herself, not really wondering if anyone was listening. "God. What do I have to do to make him even realise that I'm here." She shook her head, "I wonder if he'll ever see me more than a friend....A very annoying friend who becomes very stubborn when it comes to driving the car..." She grumbled to herself, as she shrugged her coat off.

Kai listened, shocked, "more than...a friend..I" he whispered, confused, *I didn't know she.." he shook his head, "heh...she couldn't..."

She rolled up her sleeves to her elbows and then her jacket muttering, "You'd think he'd melt or something if he were to admit his feelings...Not like hes the only one with problems which have a knack for following you around...." She propped her head on her jacket and settled in for some sleep.
Just as she was about to doze off, she heard a snap behind her. She blinked sleepily and looked behind her, she thought she saw someone close-by her. But she felt a yawn coming on and closed her eyes as she covered her mouth. She looked again and saw no-one so, she settled back down. She could have sworn that person looked like Kai...but what were the odds.

Kai held his breath as he stepped on the twig, snapping it loudly. Luckily, Hikki was too tired to investigate. He began walking away, "whew...got lucky there..." he stared at the ground shoving his hands in his pockets,"... I never said I was the only one with problems..."
