((Ok... To start things off *pokes all of the people that haven't posted in Star Wars in the eyes* Hah! Take that you anti sci-fi losers! Anywho, I haven't decided what time period to place Nila in yet but I want it to be either during or after the reign of the Empire. So basically, whoever posts next can decide.)) "She's the perfect slave for you, sir. Nila here is the best singer I have, not to mention an attractive dancer. She's as loyal as they come. You can trust her not to disobey you or let you down during a performance." *Nila kept her eyes lowered as she listened to Lasek talk about her. However, she didn't need to look up to know that the customer was observing her. She felt a hand grab her chin and she lifted her head without being asked, remaining silent as the man studied her features.* "Hmm... No, I don't think so. She's too young to know how to please my customers. Besides, it's the quiet ones that I trust the least. What about that blue one there?" *Nila lowered her head again as Lasek took hold of the chain that was bound to her neck, leading her back into the large cage that she shared with three other Twi'lek females. Her blue companion was led out before the cage was shut again. Nila listened as the two men discussed the Twi'lek woman and tried to settle on a price. Once the girl had been sold, Lasek once again began advertising his slaves, calling out to anyone who passed. Nila sat down on the cold floor of the cage, shivering slightly due to her rather revealing attire. She was beginning to wonder if she would ever be sold. She knew that Lasek wasn't going to take her back to Tatooine and she was growing tired of the filth of Nar Shaddaa, the Smuggler's Moon orbiting Nal Hutta. Yet, at the same time she was afraid of being purchased. She had been in Lasek Caibar's care for so many years that she wasn't sure she could handle the change of being sold to a new owner and taken to an unfamiliar planet. She leaned back against the metal bars of her cage, wishing she could wrap her arms around herself to keep warm. Instead, she just sat there, staring at the shackles on her wrists and waiting for the next customer to come along.*

Eldae walked down the streets of Nar Shaddaa. Flanked by several innocuous bodyguards, he kept a wary eye out for the bounty hunters he knew would like a crack at him. But they were not why he was here. An Imperial officer, desiring the favor of his superiors, had built a base here, from whence he commisioned hordes of bounty hunters to bring back the body of the Draconis Combine's leader. Eldae smiled inwardly. The Imperial would gain nothing but death from his attempt.
As Eldae walked towards his destination, he saw another slave master plying his trade. One of the slaves in particular, a beautiful Twi'lek, caught his eye. Eldae decided to deal with the slaves on his way back from the assasination.

*Nila lifted her head for a brief moment, spotting a group of people walking down the street together. She stared at them for a moment, finding it rather odd that these people were walking together. No one except for the Imperials did that. People usually kept to themselves on Nar Shaddaa. As she watched them, she noticed one man looking at her. She quickly lowered her head again as he continued down the street. She didn't have much time to reflect on what she had just seen before a Rodian male stopped in front of the cage to stare at the slave girls. Lasek was on him in seconds.*
"Can I interest you in purchasing one of these beautiful Twi'leks, sir?"
<"No... I'm just here to look.">
*Lasek immediately narrowed his eyes, moving in front of the cage.*
"Sorry, pal. Nothing's for free here. Either buy one or move along."
*Nila almost smiled. It was times like this when she actually liked Lasek. Yes, he was only out for money. But she knew that he wouldn't let anyone so much as look at her the wrong way until she was no longer his.*

Eldae saw the gates of the Imperial complex. He motioned to two of his men. "I want you to create a diversion. Plant some explsoves and let off some blaster fire. When the complex is pretty much emptied, the rest of you pick off the guards. I'll make my way in and eliminate the Magistrate." He watched as his men took their positions, easing his two blaster pistols out of their holders.

*After the Rodian had been sent away rather forcefully, Nila closed her eyes, trying to get a bit of rest before anyone else decided to get a good look at Lasek's pretty slave girls. She had just started dozing off when a loud explosion got the attention of her and just about everyone else in the area. Her dark blue eyes immediately snapped open. People looked quite nervous standing in the streets. Some of them were even running from the area. The sound of blaster fire soon reached Nila's ears. Blaster fire was nothing out of the ordinary on the Smuggler's Moon... But blaster fire accompanied by explosions? That was definitely odd. Something was going on and Nila wanted to know what it was. She got to her feet, quickly moving to the front of the cage in an attempt to get a better look at things.*

The guards poured out of the complex, rushing towards the billowing cloud of smoke. They scattered when their numbers started to fall, picked off by the snipers. A few brave guards tried to fire back, but their targets were too well hidden.
After the outpour of guards, Eldae snuck into the complex. It was relativley deserted, with the exception of a few cleaning droids. Eldae snuck into the building, following the plans they had gotten of it while he was still in the Imperial Navy.
Eldae soon found the Magistrate's stateroom, hiding off to the side as he heard a noise. The door opened, and as the magistrate walked out, the last words he heard were "looks like the 10 million will go unclaimed" before a shot from the blaster ended his life.
As Eldae left the building, he gave the command for the snipers to cease fire. As they did so, the stormtroopers rushed back insde, unwilling to lose further life. Eldae told his men to meet him at their local headquarters, sasying he had some other business to do. With that, he headed back to the slave cages he had seen earlier.

*The streets were buzzing with talk and fearful glances. Nila watched as Lasek moved out onto the street to find out what was going on. He stayed out there for quite a few minutes, talking with a few of the other smugglers. When he returned, Nila was quite tempted to ask him about what was happening. However, she knew better than to ask him about matters that didn't concern her. So she waited quietly for any hints. Lasek must have noticed the frightened expressions of the other girls, so after a few minutes he spoke up.*
" Don't worry. Just some trouble at that Imperial base. Nothing concerning us."
*So that was it... Just the Imperials again... Her thoughts immediately flew to the group that had passed her only a short while before the first explosion. Perhaps they had been involved...? At that moment, Nila caught sight of someone heading their way. She immediately recognized him... Lasek was ready in the blink of an eye, moving to greet the man... Nila stayed at the front of her cage, her shackled hands grasping one of the bars as she listened...*

Eldae walked up to Lasek. "So, would you like to buy one?" the slave owner asked, motioning towards the girls. "Actually, I'm here to arrest you." Eldae replied. In response to the slaver's astonishment, Eldae continued. "I'm an officer in the Imperial Navy," he said, flashing the I.D. he used when he truly was in the Imperial Navy. "Slavery has been outlawed, you can either come quietly or you can make a scene. Which will it be?"

"Slavery has been outlawed, you can either come quietly or you can make a scene. Which will it be?"
*Nila's eyes widened in shock. She definitely hadn't been expecting that... Was this man serious? And if so... What would become of her? All she knew was slavery... She stared at Lasek, now quite scared. Lasek's mouth hung open but he soon recovered from the shock, trying his best to look amused instead of afraid. Nila was used to seeing that act... But she wondered if it would actually work this time...*
"In case you haven't noticed, pal, you're on the Smuggler's Moon. Are you going to arrest all of us traders? I don't see you arresting that Ithorian over there with his smuggled spices. My trade's no different from his."
*Nila's heart sank in her chest. Was that all she was worth? The same amount as a bag of spice? She hung her head slightly, continuing to listen despite the fact that she could no longer look at Lasek without being upset.*
"Besides, when did Imperials start caring about slaves? Don't you have something better to do?"

Eldae's voice grew low, with menace pervading it. "No, you listen, 'pal'. That I.D. I showed you? It's out of date. I have a 10 million credit bounty on my head, a fairly large personal army at my disposal, and," Eldae pulled out a blaster and pointed it at Lasek's face, "I will shoot you if you don't release those slaves right now. You got that, 'pal'?" Eldae pulled out a radio. "Jimmy, can I get two ships? One on me, and one on H.Q. here. Also, send someone to pick up my fighter. Now then," Eldae said, turning back to Lasek, "What is your decision?"

"What is your decision?"
*Nila lifted her head again, looking nervously between the two men. She wasn't sure which Lasek valued more... His money or his life... He had always been somewhat of a coward... but he was a greedy coward... Lasek's face was pale as he glanced over at her and the other slaves. He gritted his teeth before speaking.*
"You're costing me millions..."
*However, Nila noticed that one more look at the stranger's blaster convinced him... She slowly moved away from the bars of the cage as Lasek drew the keys from his pocket.*
"All right! Just put the blaster away!"
*Nila was trembling slightly as Lasek slowly stepped away from the man, walking to her cage. Nila stayed where she was as the door was unlocked and opened... The other girls hesitated only a moment before hurrying out of the cage. Slowly and reluctantly, Nila followed, all the time glancing back and forth between the two men.*

Eldae grinned. "Thank you for your kindness," he said, all the while keeping his blaster trained on Lasek. "No you see that no good eer comes of being evil. Ah, looks like my ride is here," he said, as the ship landed behind him. "You girls coming?" he asked the former slaves.

"You girls coming?"
*The other Twi'leks seemed eager to go with this stranger but Nila, being the youngest, was still quite afraid. She bit her lip, glancing at Lasek... She had a choice to make... Stay here and wait for Lasek or someone else to enslave her again or go with this stranger, even if she had no clue what might lay ahead. She was comfortable being a slave... but she knew that no one here really cared for her... She didn't have much to lose. She turned away from Lasek, looking to the man that now controlled her fate... She walked toward him and his ship as the other girls had already done.*

"Well then, it appears we will now take our leave of this planet. Here's a little token for you to remember me by," Eldae said after all the former slaves had boarded, tossing Lasek a bounty poster. "Don't bother to keep in touch." With that, he sealed the door, and the dropship took off towards space.

*Nila was shaking as she felt the ship lift. Everything was happening so fast... She noticed one of the other girls trying to free herself from the her chains. All of them had their hands bound and another metal collar around their necks but Nila knew it was pointless to try and get them off alone. Besides, there were more important things to worry about. First of all, who was this man? Second, where was he taking them? And third... what did he plan to do with them?*
