((Ok, Mir. I don't know where you wanna start this off at so I figured we'd just pick up from where we left off at CoE only without those two male elves. That ok? If not I'll change this post.))
*As Saerind and Belothien walked through the Golden Wood, Saerind's green eyes finally met with the sight of Taurada's home in the distance. He smiled a little, his pace quickening slightly.* "Taurada lives just up ahead... I can't wait to see the look on his face..." *Saerind laughed softly, glancing at his beloved. Yes, the old elf would certainly be surprised... Saerind had only brought one other person to Taurada's home before... and he had certainly never brought a woman home...*

((just fine!))
Belothien looked ahead, seeing a small house coming into view. She felt Searind increase speed a little and smiled. He was anxious to see Taurada again, and the smile on his face made her feel warm inside. Despite the heart attack they were likely to cause the old Elf, she knew she had nothing to fear. Taurada would be glad to see Saerind, and in the company of a maiden, no less.
"Do you think we should warn him to sit down first?" she asked, grinning up at Saerind. "Before he falls over or something..."

*Saerind chuckled softly, shaking his head.* "Now where's the fun in that, meleth nin?" *He grinned a little as they approached the door. He stopped a moment, turning his gaze from the door to Belothien. His grin faded to a soft smile as he stared at her. She was so perfect to him... and he knew Taurada would love her too... Yes, things were finally looking up in Saerind's life... He was going to be home with two people that he loved instead of just spending all of his time alone...* "Are you ready...?"

Belothien smiled up at him lovingly and took his hand in hers, squeezing it gently. For a moment she saw in her mind the face of Velvador, the same soft smile on his face as they stood together in front of the door to his home, where she would meet her stepmother for the first time. She had almost fainted out of sheer anxiety then, but this time was different. She was nervous, yes, but not as worried about what they might think of her.
She nodded at Saerind. "Ready," she said softly, not releasing her beloved's hand.

*Saerind smiled softly at that, placing a gentle kiss on her forehead.* "He's going to love you..." *With that, he led her to the door, lifting his free hand to knock on it lightly. Within the next few seconds, the door was opened, a tall, blonde he-elf standing before them. Taurada immediately smiled when he saw Saerind, opening his mouth to speak. However, it was then that his eyes fell on Belothien. His mouth remained open, though obviously for different reasons. Saerind laughed as his 'father' tried to speak, failing miserably. He had never seen the old elf so shocked and uncollected in his life. He gave Belothien's hand a gentle squeeze, grinning like a fool.* "Good to see you too, Taurada."
"What...? Who...?"
*Saerind chuckled and shook his head, tempted to put an arm around Belothien. However, he didn't want the old elf to faint from shock.* "Yes, I'm fine. Thank you." *Taurada quickly closed his mouth, taking his eyes off of Belothien long enough to shoot Saerind a playful glare.*
"Saerind, you'd best stop your games right there and tell me who this lovely maiden is lest I start to believe that my elven eyes are deceiving me."
*Saerind smiled, glancing at Belothien.* "If you insist. Taurada... Let me introduce you to Belothien... Belothien, this is my oh so loving guardian, Taurada. You'll have to forgive him. Thousands of years has ruined his sense of humor."
"Hah! My sense of humor is just fine! You're even more stiff than I am... although apparently that's changed."
*Taurada smiled, stepping out of his doorway and looking to Belothien as though he still couldn't believe his eyes.*
"This must be a special woman indeed... You have no idea what a pleasure it is to meet you, my lady."

Belothien had to bite her tongue to keep from laughing out loud. And Saerind had dared to accuse her and her brother to be playful early in the morning?! She shook her head slowly, a huge grin on her face. She already liked this Taurada, even though he had barely said a word yet.
"This must be a special woman indeed... You have no idea what a pleasure it is to meet you, my lady."
Beloth couldn't help the faint blush that crept up her cheeks. "Please, don't call me that," she said. "Just Belothien will do fine." She smiled warmly. "And it's a pleasure to meet you too. Saerind couldn't stop talking about you ever since we left from Bree," she said, grinning up at Saerind briefly.

"And it's a pleasure to meet you too. Saerind couldn't stop talking about you ever since we left from Bree."
"Of course not. I had to give you a proper warning." *Saerind laughed softly, gently leading her through the door as Taurada stepped aside to let them in. Taurada simply shook his head as he closed the door behind them, still adjusting to Saerind's uncharacteristic playfulness. Sure Saerind had always teased him, but never so much at once and never with so many grins and laughs.*
"I'm flattered... Anyway, you two came all the way from Bree you say? What were you doing all the way up there, Saerind? You must be exhausted. Is there anything I can get for you? Water... Tea... Wine?"
*Saerind smiled.* "You know that I go wherever my feet take me. And a glass of wine would be excellent." *Taurada immediately went about looking for a good bottle of wine, speaking to Belothien as he did so.*
"What about you, Belothien? Why were you in Bree? Do you live there?"
*He took some glasses from a cabinet, glancing at her.*
"And what can I get for you?"

"I think I like the sound of that glass of wine," Belothien grinned as Saerind gently directed her towards the sofa and sat her down.
Taurada in the mean time had found the bottle and started pouring the wine into the glasses.
"I live with my father's people, the DĂșnedain," she explained, turned slightly to look at the old Elf. "Saerind and I met coincidentally while we were both staying at the same Inn in Bree." She glanced at Saerind, smiling. And how lucky they both had been that day, though it took them a bit longer to realise.

"Saerind and I met coincidentally while we were both staying at the same Inn in Bree."
*Taurada seemed a little surprised at her answer. Saerind however was smiling brightly.* "Yes... Apparently my feet chose the right place to take me." *Taurada handed them both a glass of wine, studying Belothien a bit more carefully now as he did so.*
"So you are half-elven then if your father is of the Dunedain? I thought there was something different about you, though I couldn't quite place it."

Belothien nodded, glancing down at the glass of wine in her hands a little shyly. It had been a long time since she had talked about this to anyone. Everyone she lived with knew and never spoke about it, making her gladly forget that she was different. But she had lived with humans so long, and now she had to adjust a little, keeping in mind that Elves could see much further beyond the surface than Men. And there was so much to tell that even Saerind didn't know yet, but she wasn't sure if she was ready to tell him - or if he was willing to hear it.

*Saerind noticed the look on Belothien's face and gently draped an arm around her. He was tempted to ask what was wrong but decided to wait and talk to her when they were alone. He chose to change the topic of conversation.* "So what have you been doing while I was off enjoying myself, oh ancient one?" *Taurada lifted his chin at that but didn't comment.*
"What I'm always doing. Nothing. I did take a short trip to Fangorn but that's all."
*Saerind nodded, a little bit uneasy with the mention of Fangorn.*
"So, are you two just in Lothlorien for a short while or will you be staying?"

Belothien leaned against Saerind a little, comforted by his touch. If he had fully understood what troubled her, she didn't know, but for now she was glad he seemed to know what she needed and gratefully snuggled against him.
"So, are you two just in Lothlorien for a short while or will you be staying?"
Bo looked up at Saerind, raising her eyebrows slightly. "I don't know about you, but it seems like poor old Taurada still has a lot of questions... we'll need ages to answer them all," she said with a grin. Oh, she'd love to stay... perhaps she could try to find her adoptive parents here too. But she didn't mind going either. As long as he was with her.

*Saerind smiled at the grin Belothien gave him. So she didn't mind staying for a while. He was extremely grateful for that, knowing that he would love being home with her by his side. There could be nothing more comfortable or enjoyable. He knew that they wouldn't always be able to stay in Lothlorien. Belothien still had the Dunedain and her brother to be with from time to time. Still, for now Lothlorien was definitely where he wanted to be.* "Indeed. I suppose that means we'll be forced to stick around a while." *He chuckled softly before looking to Taurada.*
"Wonderful. Now I have two of you around to remind me of my age. It's no wonder Saerind likes you, Belothien. You two already have much in common... at least when it comes to how you treat me."
*The older elf rolled his eyes, causing Saerind to simply laugh and shake his head.*

Belothien laughed, trying not to spill any of her wine as she did so. Yes, she was going to enjoy being here. Very, very much.
"What is it with men and not liking to be pointed at their age?" she asked with an amused grin, remembering how bad her brother could stand her jokes about him being younger. She took a small sip of her wine to stifle an ungraceful snort at the memory of the look on his face. "I think you should take it as a compliment!"

"I think you should take it as a compliment!"
"Since everyone knows elves only grow more attractive and wise with age, yes I should."
*Those words, combined with how serious and proud Taurada was saying them, made Saerind nearly spit out his wine. He quickly forced himself to swallow, having a good laugh afterwards. Taurada pretended to be offended and gave a small "hmph!" before turning his nose up in the air and crossing his arms over his chest... although he had fully expected the reaction Saerind had.*
