I'm actually looking for suggestions on how to do everything beneath the water, everything above I've got, it just isn't finished. But below I can't decide on. I don't know if I just want to do it a blue color and leave the outlines there to show the form, or add a bit of the real color, like has been suggested to me, or some other option. any idea? so it's known, I'm coloring this with water color brush pens.

I'd say to have at least some of the color besides blue, or it'd look kinda funky. Just have it blue-tinted and a little darker, that's what I think.
Also, get a proper scanner, that pic got a bit killed in both pics there. >.<

I have a scanner, but I just took a picture with my camera, I usually save scanning for a completely finished picture.

Ah, hokay.
I'm still not used to scanners...

Once it's all done, I'll get a scan up.
I'll leave this up for a couple days before messing with the bottom part so if anyone wants to give suggestions, though it seems unlikely, then I'll get them.

Water colour brush pens you say? I've never heard of them, but I like the way this turned out. ^^ I think it's wonderful, although I do think you should make the water a smidgen darker. (:

I probably will darken it up more and clean it up once I feel motivated.
