Well, here's one of them. Gotta work on Nova's. Excuse the weird template, I had made this for another forum that wanted it in this form (I actually had to cut some things out as well).
Character Name: Van Tisendia Class: Swordsman Job: Former Ranch-hand. Freelancer/Adventurer. Gender: Male Age: Nineteen Race: Human Alignment: Good
(Sorry, no picture yet :\ )
Eyes: Van's eyes appear to be a rather deep-colored Hazel with small specks and hints of blue and light brown within them. Within them, one can take witness of his usual nature of being sincere and amiable, and also the strong sense of morals and honor that have been imbued into his mind throughout his life. While he may not be the most experienced of all adventurers, Van's eyes portray his strong will-power, and willingness to learn, or simply stand in the background and take everything in before moving along.
Hair: The shade of the young swordsman's hair is that of a golden, sunburnt blond. He wears it in a medium-lengthen, layered style, having long, feathered bangs that reach down in strands along the top of his eyes, and the sides of his hair--though cut to expose his ears--trail down at the same length as the back; the longest portions of Van's hair extend no further than an inch below the center of the neck.
Build/Appearance: Van can be described as a fairly average, healthy young man. While he is rather agile and quick on his feet, he boasts no very noticeable traits--such was bulking muscles or being extremely limber--that would place him out of a crowd. His height, like his build, is also fairly normal, not being too short or too tall, and having a healthy weight for his age. Sporting a fair facial structure with a gentle nose and chin, eyes that are wide and always full of color, and no sort of a scar or disfiguration about his person, Van appears to be a rather clean, un-threatening person.
Personality: Sincere and determined. Van has never been one to turn away from discovery, whether it be in the form of knowledge of the world, or what he is capable of. Personality is one thing that Van doesn't lack--he's always around and about, chatting it up with others and taking in about as much insight as he tries to give out. Living under giving others the benefit of the doubt, he's naturally an out-going, yet gentle person who doesn't mind stopping what he is currently doing to help out a friend in need of a favor, big or small. During more serious encounters (i.e. combat), Van's focus is more of a factor than it is otherwise. His willingness to push on and survive because purely evident in his struggles, and his concern for others' well being becomes open as well, as it extends from the innocent to his enemies--if it is at all possible to defeat them without slaying them--as well.
Outfitted With: Possibly the first thing that would catch someone's eye would be the fairly articulate, red and gold-colored sheath strapped to Van's back via a sturdy leather belt with a silver buckle fastened over his right shoulder. Its workmanship does not excel to that of a trained, professional painter, but its burgundy background and gold designs painted over top of it naturally seem to draw some attention--when it is visible, of course. Within this said sheath rests an Espadon, or "One and a Half-hand Sword." This portrays the length and style of the sword to be wielded rather naturally in both two hands, or in a single hand--possibly not as quite as long as the farthest-reaching blade, but long enough to have some fair reach to it. The blade and hilt together are made of metal, though the blade has been buffed and shined more so that the hilt, so it appears to be sleek while the hilt appears to be rough. Starting from the spherical pommel, the metal grip--wrapped in black-stained leather--that extends up, again, is just lengthy enough for one to hold it with two hands. The cross-guard that the grip presses into is in the shape of an upside-down boomerang (the ends facing and pointing towards the blade) and is only an inch or so wider than the width of the base of the blade. The blade itself, naturally, comes after the hilt. The edges of the blade are the only portion of it that is sharpened, so that is has a flat surface running along the broad side of it, making the width of the blade being a bit wider than traditional swords that are simply split down the middle and sharpened all the way to the edges; the outline of the flat surface that runs along the broad of the blade is defined by an engraved indent made like a line that traces around it. A fourth of the way down the length of the blade from the hilt, the width of the blade transitions to 3/4 of its original size via a 45 degree angle. The "tip" of the blade is pronounced nearly an inch and a half from the end of the blade, abruptly changing into equivalent angles that meet up at a point at the end. Overall the sword seems to be well made and only recently used, but is no where near being fit for that of nobility or the elite.
Van's clothing isn't as sleek and new as his sword and its sheath appears to be. His clothing consists primarily of a close-fitting long-sleeved, dark green linen shirt that has its sleeves pulled up to above elbow, and a lighter green, coat-like tunic over top, which sports sleeves that go no further than to cover up the shoulders. Around his waist, three brown, leather belts hold onto his waist as the ends of his tunic fan off half a foot or so below his waist--because of its coat-like fashion, there is a small separation that forms below the belts, exposing the linen shirt that stops AT the waistline, underneath. Van's leg wear is made up of long, dark-charcoal colored trousers tailored out of a durable material. The said leg wear tucks into a pair of tight-fitting, dark brown, leather boots that lace all the way up at the front. The leather his boots are tailored from is a bit worn at this point, but were designed to last a good deal of abuse, yet still remain relatively comfortable. In addition, the young swordsman has a tendency to wear brown, leather work gloves. He carries around his old pair that he used to use while working at his family's ranch, so they fit him fairly well--most of the time they're worn when he's using his sword or hiking through the woods.
One of the belts that is wrapped around Van's waist actually holds a small pack to the base of his back. This light brown satchel, whose top-flag is closed by buckling it shut with the silver fastener, contains any portable maps he might have acquired from local, populated areas; a compass of questionable performance; a pair of crafted, store-bought flint stones. A second belt is also home to a small leather sheath that holds a small multi-purpose wood-carving and hunting knife that is used for more delicate cutting that his sword cannot perform. While it is rarely used for combat, the simple wood-hilted, single-edged knife has its uses, just like any knife, should it come to such a thing. The sheath for the knife is kept on the right side of his waist.
Habits: -Prone to being nosy/asking many questions/sneaking around, all in an attempt to quench is insatiable curiosity. -At times can be reckless when subject to bursts of courage in attempt to protect/rescue something/someone important. -Is found lost in thought or awe fairly often. -Has a knack for comforting and riding horses.
Weaknesses: -Not professionally/correctly trained in the art of swordplay. Combat skill is derived entirely by self-practice. -Trusting to a fault. -Easily swayed by promises of higher knowledge of important events or practices within the world. -Not the most physically fit or experienced fighter.
Past: Van was born into a decent family that rode on the boarder between middle and lower class who received their main form of income by breeding, training, and selling livestock on their small ranch. Because of this, Van grew up to enjoy living along-side the animals, especially horses, and even though it was a dreadful amount of work, he claimed he enjoyed it very much. However, as he grew older, his mind began to expand and wonder what else was throughout the world. Their parents hadn't had the luxury of traveling, so their knowledge was very limited--TOO limited for Van's liking. Though he loved his parents and the ranch very much, when he turned seventeen he decided he was going to venture out into the world to discover all that he was missing. Taking his father's prized sword that he had won at a local fair, Van left on the promise that he would always write back to his family as much as he could, and if they needed him to return, they need only write back and ask. Two years passed since then, and Van has matured as such. He's learned some of the hardships and difficulties faced when taking up the life of a lone adventurer, and since he left he had been practicing swordplay almost daily. Van hopes that one day he may very well discover something extremely valuable to aid his family back home with--that will the the time when he decides it would be best to return home and settle down.

Character name: Audriee Farsom Gender: Female Age: 20 Race: Elf Occupation: None. Personality: Driee seems pretty open, as soon as you meet her. She's sweet, but for some reason, her inner-self is filled with hatred. She despises those who tear up her wood. Appearance: Driee's eyes are quite glass like. She appears pocessed, but that's just how "out-there" she is. Her eyes are a cyrstal blue when she is happy and in a pleasant mood, but if toyed with, or angered, they become a dark blue with yellow flecks. Name: Myst Veridiana Age: Fourteen Race: Human Gender: Female Alignment: Good Class: Exomystic (Explained later on) Appearence: Skin Tone- White, with a hint of tanning Hair- Forest Green Eyes- Dark Emerald Vest- light/cream tan Dress- Vanilla white with lightly blue stripe at the bottom. Slip-on Shoes(Not pictured)- light/cream tan Personality: Quiet and Shy. While Myst isn't very outspoken, she does retain a beautiful outlook on the world around her, and at times expresses her sheer will-power to accomplish what her mind is set on. She tries to relax, but at times worry overcomes her and she usually seeks refuge back away from all the danger--usually behind a friend or an object too if that's possible. Because of her worrying, sometimes it is hard for Myst to focus on just what exactly is going on, and that is her major downfall in certain situations. However, she strives to keep a level head during these times, and is sometimes successful in overcoming her fears and clouded-mind. Myst does not appear very threatening--and it suggests her personality accurately--and she is actually quite amiable if one can actually get her to speak to them. She's quite dainty and could even be considered "feeble" to an extent as she speaks in a very lightweight voice and chooses to slowly shy away from growing trouble rather than walk through it or suddenly run away very quickly. However, as mentioned before, Myst is capable of being friendly and open to those she could trust with her life, and offers personal thoughts as well as listening in on what others have to say. In summary, Myst is a very delicate young lady with a strong heart and soul who, while is rather quiet, lets her emotions speak more openly than her voice. Powers: Myst is what some may refer to as an "Exomystic." This is to say, their powers are more of magical embodyments than it is of simply casting spells. It is a very complicated magic, and it is very rare that someone might be able to "learn" how to use it--Myst had been born with the ability to use this power. However, harnessing the magic is another story. As of yet, the only thing Myst can do well is activate the said magic--otherwise, her magical embodyment is rather rampant to the point where it has its own free will, and even a seperate personality. The upside to this form, however, is that it is able to cast additional spells (such as "magic missles" and some healing abilities). In addition, the embodyment is not affected by other spells cast upon it, and in fact, actually absorbs the magic and channels it into energy for itself, adding to its power. However, it holds no defense against physical damage (as physical objects pass through the magic essense surrounding the Exomystic, and thus, hit the person underneath the magic embodyment), and simply slapping her arm or something of the equivilent will cause the magical embodyment to disappear and return the caster to his/her original form. As mentioned before, this magical embodyment that surrounds Myst has its own personality. While Myst is quiet and reserved, her embodyment is rash, arrogant, and self-centered. It calls "herself" Nova, and constantly flaunts and acts as though she is all-powerful, all-knowing, and indestructable. Her voice is a deepened and distorted version of how Myst's own voice sounds with a static and echoing feeling in it--sort of inhuman sounding. However, some of Myst's own personality and moral sense is imbued into Nova so she seems to value others' lives to an extent, otherwise she would be liable to go off on a killing-spree just to demonstrate her powers; which would most likely end up in Nova getting Myst, who risides within her, killed. Myst understands the dangers with using her Nova form, and it takes some time and a great amount of effort to "activate" her powers, so she only calls upon her when in dire need of the powers that come with her Nova form. There is one other form that Nova can shape itself into, and this is referred to as "Super Nova." This more powerful version of Nova can only be 'activated' by being exposed to, and absorbing massive amounts of magic energy from other sources (The equivilent of five other mages constantly shooting spells into her until they're about to pass out). Because of this, it is very, VERY difficult for Nova to reach her Super form, and in fact, has never been able to do so before. Super Nova, in general-speaking, is simply a more powerful version of Nova. All of its spells are increased at least slightly in power, and its ability to absorb magic spells is actually able to drain magic energy from mages and other sourses like a magnet, even if the said mages are not casting any spells--it simply drains away their power. Super Nova offers some defense against physical attacks, so it can take some abuse without actually "deactivating" or harming Myst. However, the Super Nova form can only last as long as the build up of magic energy within it is kept in supply. If it uses too much of its power, or it is not able to absorb any from the surrounding area, it will only have an effective time of five minutes or so. Super Nova comes with one additiona ability, which is more or less its 'trademark' spell. Coincidentally, her additional spell is a miniature version of an actual supernova(the expanse and destruction of a star/sun). Just like the description implies, the super embodyment will cast off a large sphere of energy (with the longest reaching portion that it could possibly be around 30ft from the origin in all directions, CONSIDERING she's at her peak performance, which usually isn't likely) which sucks in, engulfs, and evaporates any physical matter close enough to be pulled into it. As the ability reaches its climax, the sphere will implode on itself, "destroying" Nova and rendering Myst in a coma, as it places extreme physical strain on her body and mind. Story: Myst, still new to her own abilities, desperately seeks for a means to harness her powers so that her Nova form is less destructive and controlable. Because of this, she travels around (usually on her own due to her shyness) searching someone who might be able to help her with her situation. This has brought her through a decent number of cities and towns, so she's learned a bit over the months she's been on the road. There had been a few close-calls along the way, particularly with hostile wildlife and such, but Myst has been able to get along without too many scratches along the way.

Name: Constantia Ghinara Age: appears ~ 17-18, but is most certainly much older than that Gender: Female Race: Water Nymph/Merfolk (depending upon mythos referenced from) Occupation: Battle Witch, focus upon water-based magics
Appearance: --Body: thin stature, 5' 2”, 87 lbs., very light blue translucent skin, small fins protruding above pointed ears, special opaque “skin” covers private areas much akin to a (rather promiscuous) bathing suit, scales of similar color to skin covering much of her bodily extremities (ie- arms/legs, around face, down back and parts of front) --Eyes: sapphire blue --Hair: sky blue, transparent ---Other: hands are equipped with claw-like talons for capturing fish (namely), legs and feet can transform to become single fin for extended swimming periods --Clothing (when applicable): well-worn blue-themed kimono, weathered wooden sandals, old red silken gloves, gold chain necklace with a silver locket that was frozen shut some years before; carries with her a worn paper umbrella, but rarely has much use for it.
Abilities: able to breath underwater, strong swimmer (kinda goes hand-in-hand with first one), competent fighter
Attitude: controlled and slow to anger, competent and kind, appears carefree. A voice of reason and intelligence with a weakness for raspberries and tomatoes, she wishes more often than not to talk her way out of an argument or fight, carrying a motherly calm in her arms and a childish curiosity for the unknown in her eyes; however, when instigated, she will defend herself fiercely and violently, even to the death if the situation calls for it. Shows caution around humans and some other species; not hatred, persay, but she never has a blind trust for anyone.
Magic limits: although she can control water better than any human, her summoning ability is severely undercut. She can hide her form and transform parts, but was born without the ability to fully transform her body; some part of her will always show her nymph side.
Background: Having forgotten her parents long ago, Constantia wandered into the world after attempting to find her parents- an offense punishable by banishment in her tribe as no one is allowed to leave for any reason except with exclusive permission. She doesn't remember how old she is; all that is known was that, one day, she stumbled upon a forest, beaten, battered, and bloodied, and has lived there ever since. Constantia doesn't even remember what that fight had been about. Over time, the memories of betrayal and pain might have been dulled, but she makes sure they are never forgotten, even going as far as to currently write down what she can remember about her life's incidents.
As she has no materials/money for new clothing or articles, what she wears was what she had when she wandered into the forest some years ago. Even though Constantia was banished many years before, she still practices the arts that she had been taught as a child; namely, how to mold water around her to her bidding. Practicing some martial arts, Constantia has not followed much further than basic self-defense, since she relies primarily upon her agility and cast magic to protect herself.
Finally, she must hydrate herself excessively or submerse her body in water on a regular basis, at least once every three days in the average climate, or as much as possible in drier areas; otherwise, her skin will dry out, and she could very well die from it. She is also susceptible to sunburn easily outside of water due to her sensitive skin; all of this limits how far she regularly goes from any lake or river. Gods forbid she ever step foot in an arid setting...
Weapon(s): Bō staff, used self-defense and as a concentration point for casting magic

((Hmm, apparently I missed too that it was a joke.))
Character Name: Solon Entulalt Gender: Male Race: Human (Atlantean) Age: 240 (Young for an Atlantean, looks about 22) Occupation: Traveller/Scholar
Appearance: He has slightly long black hair that reach just beyond his neck. To the sides, his hair reach just below his ears. He has a mature but clean shaven face and piercing blue eyes. His physique and body structure is similar to that of an athletic human male. He wears a brown, well-fitting vest and pants with no visible armor.
He has a very thin cloth-like material under his clothes that prevents injuries from moderate slashing strikes. He wears light but sturdy pair of black boots, the material for which looks somewhat alien to the people around. His forearms are wrapped in a single layer of the same thin material under his clothes. He wears a pair of black guantlets over his hands that "fit like a glove". The markings on these unique guantlets always intrigue people but he has never explained them to anybody yet.
Personality: He is a calm and composed man which comes from experience both in an advanced world and then subsequently years of travel to familiarize himself with a primitive world and the ways and nature of people and other creatures he encounters. He is a subtle diplomat, not at all aggressive. Even during a fight, one would find him mostly reacting to his opponents. He retains the same characteristics out of a fight. He is a helpful individual would might go a long way to help someone he genuinely thinks he can. He a good listener and has helped a lot of different beings find peace through simple counsel.
Abilities: He is surprisingly fast for a human and has developed his hand-to-hand combat skills over the years to near perfection, specializing in disarming any kind of opponent and also better than average skills with most types of blunt and sharp weapons which allows him then to use the opponent's weapons against them. He is an exceptional swimmer. Even though he is fairly accurate with throwing daggers, he is not very accurate with bows.
Bio: He was the youngest of all his siblings in his family, with 2 brothers and 1 sister. Even though his parents were both researchers and his brothers and sisters were already studying to follow their parents, he was different. He was in fact very interested in combat and so the defense forces. Even after objections and quite a few fights, he joined the army. He was rash and aggressive then, very easily provoked to a duel. At 20, with only one year into service, he was picked up for many special trainings and programs.
This was also the reason he was one of the first assult forces sent against the aggressors that seemed to be very keen to destroy Atlantis. These were the so called gentle and peacuful Merfolk that had attacked them, seemingly without provocation. The assault force was crushed and the soldiers scattered in the waters. After he surfaced to the water somehow, short of breath, his breathing equipment damaged, what he saw, he didn't want to believe. Atlantis was sinking! Very soon there was nothing left.
Now he believes he is probably the only Atlantean left alive though he hopes he would find others someday and that is one of the objectives of his travels.
((Second Character will be up soon too ))

Character Name: Anthal Tarsevo Gender: Male Age: 18 Race: Elf Occupation: Hunter/Musician
Appearance & Abilities He is a thin, but fairly tall elf. He has a childish face, his forehead and eyes covered by a black cotton ribbon. He wears thin leather vest and light hide pants with soft soled shoes. He is completely blind since birth but nature has enhanced his hearing ability to match that of a bat, to an extent where he can "see" as bats do. He keeps his flute close to him wherever he goes as he uses the sound to "see" around him. When he is outside he keeps his bow with him. The vibrations in the string substitute his flute when he is hunting.
Due to the absence of visual distractions when he is tracking his prey, he can easily hunt down almost anything that would make a noise or moves quick enough to be "seen" when he uses the bow string. He also obviously a talented muscian with almost any kind of string instrument and an exceptional one with his flute.
Personality: He is a fun loving and playful individual and likes being around people. He hates silence as he is blind without sound and he doesn't like being alone. He is an extremely focused and determined elf who doesn't have the usual proudness or arrogance that is associated with his kind, mostly as a result of his growing up blind and a lot of the times, dependant on others. He is terrified of water bodies of any kind as he being inside water overwhelms his senses and he "freaks out".
Bio: He was abondoned at about the age of 5 by his parents for they thought their "imperfect" child was an embarassment. He doesn't blame them for it as he knows that defects in his race were rare to the point of non-existence and he accepted his fate. The first few years were extremely harsh for him as he had no control over his hearing. He was locked up in a prison as the humans did not know what to do with him. In there, over two years, in the isolation and silence of the prison, he trained himself to use his hearing for what if was capable of.
He escaped soon after and the human guards conviniently forgot about him and there was no report made to patrols as he had not committed a crime in the first place. Since then he has been living off the land, hunting his food. He currently lives in a treehouse he made for himself after over an year of work on it.

Alrighty, sorry for the wait folks, was out fishing.
Name: Lucifer Tormillas Age: 21 Weight: 167 lbs Height: 5'9'' Half-Breed: Slayer and Lycan. (Being a half-breed, Lucifer doesn't have the prowess of either side fully, but rather a mix of abilities). Appearance: Clad in a studded leather armor that is darkened to a black gleam, Lucifer is not an imposing figure, his features being very young indeed. He is clean shaven, but his jawline is very distinct, making it known that he is not young. However, much of the rest of him seems like he is only around 16. He has hardly any body hair and is a leanly muscular man. His black hair is cut short and spiked up, and a large scar that crosses from his upper right side of his face to the bottom of the left side of his jaw makes him hard to forget. Black eyes. Personality: Lucifer is not exactly a friendly person. Preferring to cut down those in his way than try an talk, Lucifer is known for being ruthless. His face is somewhat well-known as a bandit and murderer. He often takes contract jobs to go after someone, but usually is just stealing for his own good, and for the fun of it. He does seem to have a interest in good and evil, however he seems to not let it bother him, as being good is not the easiest way to get ahead with his skills. Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Skills: Lucifer is unparalleled with a bow, however he is worthless at swordplay. If forced to fight with a sword, he will be cut down instantly. Luckily for him, being a half-breed allows him to morph to his werewolf form almost at will. Almost because it is exhausting, but he has no need of moons or reasons to morph, he can do it as he pleases. He seems to know a method of curving his shots from his arrow, making them harder to avoid, and more deadly. His werewolf form, unlike most pure Lycans, lacks the size and strength of most, however because of the smaller size and leaner muscle in his body and werewolf form, he is exceedingly agile and brutal. Past: Nothing is known of his past beyond his works as an outlaw.
